XX million viewers?
more evidence of how antiquated the Nielsen system is! this show would have gotten AT LEAST XXX million viewers if everyone was counted!

Yes the rating system is a joke and it seems certain people want to keep it that way.
Woohoo!!!
FYI from zap 2 it:
“Justified grabbed an audience second only to the 4.2 million for the series premiere. It also posted its fourth-best showing ever among adults 18-49″.
Not having to compete against White Collar and Southland like it happened last year might have something to do with this growth.
Justified’s premiere was fun as usual. This season promises to be crazy good.

Now de-Romanized. For those of you hankering for the days of ancient Rome, the season 4 premiere had III.VI million viewers.

The season four premiere matched the season TWO premiere among adults 18-49, but I didn’t go back and look at what aired vs. the season 2 premiere.
Yea, Justified! I felt like there wasn’t a lot of promotion for it, so I’m really happy!
Good for Justified. Well deserved!
Justified is quality viewing, glad it’s doing well.
Gotta say last season wasn’t as good as the other seasons but season four looks like its back in form again just from the premiere and preview afterwards.
Woo hoo! Best show on TV
I love me some Raylan. I am glad ratings are UP!!
Not a lot of promotion? I’ve been seeing teasers and PR for months now, cross channel and cross media. Really enjoyed last night’s episode and looking forward to what’s in store for the season.
@Bill
Season two aired on Wednesdays. I don’t think there was any USA or TNT drama airing back then, but I could be wrong.

Unsurprisingly, I had forgotten that. That could explain much of the difference.
Gotta say last season was terrific, just as the two before it were. Season four should be no different. Glad the numbers are up.
Really happy to see that, truly a great show, it deserves a solid audience.
I know a number of people who are new viewers this season, and caught up on previous seasons via DVD. It’s a shame the show isn’t more widely available online, I think their viewership would grow even more.
