The BCS Championship dominated Monday's cable ratings, with The Game earning a monster 9.2 at 8:25 PM. Monday Night RAW was again the top non-sports programming with a 1.8, up half a ratings point from last week's 1.2 rating.

Those numbers for LHHNYC are not anything to LHHATL b/c ATL average 4.1million viewers during its first airing & 6million during 1st & re-run.
ESPN was a monster Monday. So much for ppl saying TWD would pass it in in ratings & demographics.
All the hype over the Rock returning & it did average viewers as always.
awful for Bunheads, especially since it’s still in its 1st season. those ratings are ok for s@b but it really can’t afford to go below that.
switched did what i thought it would do.. and it isnt bad 0.7 either. but bunheads i was expecting a 0.6 0.7 so im a bit dissapointed, hopefully it goes up next week.. i really like that show.
I was hoping that Switched at Birth would do better.. Hopefully it will later when the bowl games are not on at the same time. Not sure about Bunheads, since it usually only got around 0.6 when it premiered in the summer.
I think that was the lower that Teen Mom 2 has ever gotten.
That sucks about bulnheads, it’s a really good show, and wow those are huge numbers for football, could I blame the bad ratings on it lol

Just imagine what the ratings would have been for the BCS title game had the game not been a blowout.
I was thinking the same thing. Genuis move to cancel MIOBI in the Olympic year when with no promotion at all it does as good as these two shows in its third season.
Switched at Birth did mediocre but next week will be a better indicator of whether the football game hurt the ratings for it or its just losing interest.
Even though Teen Mom seems to be losing steam in the ratings (like SAB, it might rebound next week due to football or audiences have grown tired of it), Catfish still did well. Proves that it can do well on its own.
Bunheada doesn’t have much room to fall. I understand ABCF wanting to give it a chance but with those ratings I don’t see a season 2.

and really its not great ratings for either bunheads or switched but im pretty positive that both shows killed the cw shows that air on mondays.. maybe not this week cause they aired repeats but almost every week the cw airs new episodes they would get 0.4 and 0.3s so bunheads 0.5 doesnt seem to bad and switched got 0.7 which is double what cw shows get regularly. So i wouldnt count out either show just yet.. i have a feeling both will pick up. Im predicting 0.8s and 0.7s for switched all season and 0.6 0.7 for bunheads all season. Pairing these two is a good idea. On a side note im very interested in how tuesdays shows did on ABCFamily. They were both awesome last night.
When MIOBI returned from its 10 month hiatus and when Bunheads first premiered, they were both lead in by Secret Life which, though once a ratings powerhouse, these past seasons had piss poor ratings in itself. Bunheads maintained the Secret Life audience nearly every week, some weeks even rating better than Secret Life did. MIOBI never even got the same audience as Secret Life and it already had somewhat of a fan base established from the year before. Even this Bunheads premier is pretty much on par with its summer ratings, which btw in the summer there is much less outside competition from network television than in the winter. Not to mention ABC Family typically likes to give its shows at least a full first season pickup. So given the choice between the two, Bunheads was the better choice for renewal. Sorry.
