   I shouldn’t do this. I shouldn’t do this. But I will. I can do more damage with legally purchased fireworks, then I could ever do with a 30 round gun.

   Why do people use guns? Because the media shows people using guns. Let’s get rid of all gun movies and games. And let’s base games on using fireworks to make bombs. Games where people drive fuel trucks through builds to kill everyone in the building. Let’s make movies about how to lock people in buildings before setting them on fire. Teach people how to kill using other methods and they will start killing that way.

   The extreme right wingers don’t get it. But the American people do and the right wing shouldn’t continue to use specious logic which makes no sense. They should not continue to let the current NRA extreme nut case management abet the killing of innocent individuals because they want to have “fun” shooting an assault type weapon. These right wingers have no compassion except for THEIR gun pleasure!!!!!!! There is no need for assault weapons for civilians, as was pointed out last night on Piers Morgan. The t-bag woman looked really stupid last night…..

   *****Clarify that the Affordable Care Act does not prohibit doctors asking *****their patients about guns in their homes.

   What will follow ? As an R.N. , I would recommend that all gun owner patients should say that they respectfully chose not to answer unless gun owners want their medical records mined for their meds , stress levels , family history , i.e., mental illness of great grandparent , recent divorce ,etc. My doctor’s office has had medical records for 13 years. When we leave our appointment, we are given a copy of our history & physical, lab tests, meds were on , etc. I have a niece that is bi-polar. In the future, would I qualify for a gun?

   This is reasonable

   Release a letter to health care providers clarifying that no federal law prohibits them from reporting threats of violence to law enforcement authorities.

   But, & this is a big BUT, there legal issues here.

   The threat must be deemed a “Serious Threat” in the Tarasoff Statute , &, criterea in order to report it is strict. President Obama failed to elaborate on this.

   The extreme right wing loonie governor of Kansas, Sam Brownback, wants to eliminate the mortgage tax deduction. He is known for right wing fringe ideas that make no sense and is a big embarrassment to Kansas, which has many progressive areas in its big cities and universities. But there are many unueducated gullible people, the kind that listen to Beck and Limbaugh, who are sucked in……

    Got to pass it to see whats in it. Why would a doctor ask about guns in your home? Still hasn’t finished the requirements that have to be in the exchanges?

    Address unnecessary legal barriers, particularly relating to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, that may prevent states from making information available to the background check system.

    Your trying to (my guess) say if the temp doesn’t go below the temp 5 years ago then its not cooling. It doesn’t have to go back to the baseline or below to cool. It has cooled since 2010 for 2 years, but the temp is still above the baseline. Whatever the baseline is. I can’t find anybody who agrees on it. Regardless it has cooled.

    Just like i said days ago, your using the baseline to claim no cooling.

    A downward revision isn’t a temperature drop, how can a temperature that hasn’t occurred cool?

    20% less warming is still colder..ie equals cooling. Technically you have to wait to see the cooling, but its a projected cooling. Just as technically projected warming is not actual warming until it happens.

    The revised projection is that 2013 will be around the temp of 2012, 2014 will be a record warm year (warmer than 2010 or 1998), 2015 will break 2014?s record, and 2016 will break 2015?s record, then 2017 will be cooler again</B<.

    Pot kettle again? How can records that haven’t happen be records? At least their on record for the next 5 years so we shall see if their right or wrong. The record also shows for days now you have been using the baseline deal to deny any cooling. How can 2017 be cooler? It won’t below the baseline.

    Now apply the number before the revised down number to your above gibberish & tell me which scenario would have higher temps?

    You have to love MSNBC or why I can’t watch MSNBC for more than 15 minutes. Within ten minutes 43 seconds of turning on MSNBC one the talking heads said that “Texas’ don’t want to be a part of the U.S. because they don’t want to be ruled by a black man.” The race card within 11 minutes. And doesn’t a King rule and a President govern.
    MSNBC started with this question. “Why do you think Republicans voted against the Sandy relief bill?” Democratic Senator from NY. “I hate to think it but maybe they have something against the North East.”
    No one on MSNBC talked about the pork in the bill. Why to give your viewers all the information MSNBC. Then the democratic senator goes into the debt ceiling. “The republicans are holding our economy hostage by not increasing the debt ceiling. They are only doing it to get what they want.” But no one says what the republicans want. Then they go into the NRA running an ad attacking Obama’s children.

    When Obamacare was enacted , myths were exposed

    Affordable Care Act regulations require doctors to ask you if you own a gun.

    FALSE.

    This one comes via an email from what seems to be a personal source. Someone you know sends it along. But it is flat out wrong. Doctors are not likely to ask you about gun ownership and they certainly are not required to do so.

    Now, Obama just is “nudging” doctors to do the “right thing” & ask.
