how come CBS football does not count to the ratings?
@pw, didn’t start in primetime.
Wow, Chicago fire is on both lists.
CBS is a viewership juggernaut!
@pw Was is maybe not in Primetime?
Why does the 6:30 conference champ game + the super bowl count since they dont start in primetime ?
How hard would it be to start calculating non-primetime shows into your weekly lists? Is this just a pure reprint of what Neilsen sends you? I understand that most of the time the top shows of the week are primetime shows but I think not including the rest is pretty ridiculous if it betters the ratings of primetime shows.
The cable lists include non-primetime shows I believe. These are old out of date practices that in this day and age should be easy to rectify.
Nobody can answer my question ?
@romo
Why does the 6:30 conference champ game + the super bowl count since they dont start in primetime ?
There’s likely a cutoff point (probably an hour); anything starting before then doesn’t count.
Note that a show starting in the afternoon the runs into primetime still counts for the network’s average, even though the show itself is excluded from Nielsen’s top XX lists.
Yea thats wierd — if the show counts in the net avg it should count in the list then too.
Good Wife still good, getting tired of them trying to save the firm as under tow of the show
