Hey rat–almost half of Fox ratings for billo, hannity, and greta are old people, nothing wrong with that, but that’s a fact….Not true for MSNBC and CNN…Fox has the right wing, generally low educated, Lawrence Welk crowd locked up…..
The NRA is not the problem. Most members (except the skin head anti-government types) are OK. It’s the lunatic, far right wing leaders of the NRA who are the problem and they should be replaced….
Good morning all. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend.
I have a question, do trolls age differently then the rest of us? I mean one week they are young college students. Calling the GOP old. The next week they are in their middle 30′s, then they are retired (well I guess with the entitlement programs you can retire before you even start working.)
Next Weekly Biden and Obama will take their gun control agenda on a nation wide tour. I thought it would be fun for us to guess on the outcome. Here are some of my thoughts on possible out comes. Please pick one or come up with your own.
1) The 2013 dog and pony gun control tour has the same impact as the 2009 Obamacare tour. The bill gets passed but Republican win the 2014 election.
2) The bill gets passed and the democrats win the 2014 election.
3) Obama and Biden spend 3 trillion on their tour and no gun ban laws are voted on by congress.
4) While Obama is touring the country trying to get gun control support, al qaeda storms more businesses in North Africa and takes more Americans as hostages.
5) More protesters show up for the tour than supporters.
6) People see the error of their ways and every criminal lays their guns at Obama and Biden feet.
7) The flu shot of 2013 has side effects, everyone now believes everything MSNBC says. Ignorance is bliss after all. So we all live happily ever after. Dispute being jobless, homeless and hungry.
A majority off the American people has changed their believes of HOPE for the next four years to just being able to COPE for the next four years. This according to MSNBC.
Also from MSNBC most of Americans believe that Obama has a spending problem.
These statements from the liberal lean forward station. Give conservatives hope that the country isn’t lost.
@ Cathy
I dont know about trolls and how they age but I am afraid IDIOTS never die!
Letmethink wrote: “n Internet slang, a troll (pron.: /?tro?l/, /?tr?l/) is someone who posts inflammatory,[1] extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community, such as a forum, chat room, or blog, with the primary intent of provoking readers into an emotional response[2] or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion.”
I don’t want to get anybody in trouble, but the troublemaker who posts under the name shhhhh Hillbilly shhhhh could be one of THEM.
Cathy–The dems lost big in the last election, by 5 million votes nationally and HUGE (Rove lost it on FOX that night) in the electoral college. This, in spite of massive GOP voter suppression and district gerrymandering…AND hundreds of millions of dollares from the right wing Koch bros and Adelson. THe GOP tv spots were a huge pack of LIES, saying, among other things, that Obama was against the middle class and Robme/Lian Ryan were for them…say what???? The far right wing extremists who have taken over GOP continue their war on women, middle class, blacks, latinos, gays, the US economy, Social Security, Medicare, the EPA, the FDA, the USDA, the Federal Reserve, etc. This is largely fueled by ignorance of the right’s follwers e.g., x number of million follow the lunatic Rush Limbaugh and pad his pockets with money).
Like I said…………..Idiots never die!
You’ve got to admit—it was an attention grabber…..

What sore losers
After back-to-back presidential losses, Republicans in key states want to change the rules to make it easier for them to win.
From Wisconsin to Pennsylvania, GOP officials who control legislatures in states that supported President Barack Obama are considering changing state laws that give the winner of a state’s popular vote all of its Electoral College votes, too. Instead, these officials want Electoral College votes to be divided proportionally, a move that could transform the way the country elects its president.
Fox “News” is distorting the news AGAIN: this time they say that most people support the NRA (54%), implying they support the NRA’s POSITION on gun control and oppose Obama’s–In fact, the vast majority of people according to all polls support Obama’s positions on gun control, even NRA members. This another example of the right wing propaganda arm (Fox “News”) completely distorting the take-away from a national poll and TWISTING what was REALLY said by the public to push La Pierre’s extremist agenda.
I believe a couple of you who post here are from Michigan. On a gardening blog that I follow, she featured a book—Detroit 138 Square Miles. Very sad pictures–but very interesting. She says that the author blames no one–just documents the decline and decay. The lady who took the pictures had to have police protection to shoot the photos in some parts of Detroit.
Red Bar–exactly right–the far right fringe can not win an election legally, so they resort to illegal measures and/or manipulation to make it LOOK LIKE they have the votes….We will watch this type of manipulation closely….

Blame no one??? That is pretty funny! The city of Detroit has been a corrrupt joke for a long long time! there is not enough space here to identify the blame.
Obama has found his “bigger fish to fry than recreational marijuana users”
Feds target medical marijuana mogul who was apparently operating under California state law, however making a lot of money (a worse sin).
Of course. He and Alex Jones may as well have high-fived each other the minute the cameras turned off; they both get to increase their name recognition, worm their way into the discussion, and then go on several other shows to discuss their ‘position.’ Morgan is a phony, shameless self-promoter.
@rat,
It’s conservatives fault that there are so many IDIOTS in the world.
In 1880 when the liberals and progressives embraced Darwin’s total theory of evolution and started the Eugenics programs in the U.S. which forced sterilization and ab**tion of the poor, black and weak minded. The conservatives shouldn’t have stopped them. Margaret Sanger (the mother of planned parenthood) was a big supporter of Eugenics.
We are still being stupid today, fighting against ab**tion. PP does one every 95 seconds. Think of how many more liberals there would be in the world if we had won on the ab**tion front.
Of course I’m being sarcastic, I’m proud we fought against those injustices.

Agree–
Well I just got a text from my son. He got his first paycheck since King Obama protected the middle class as of the first of the year. He is an earner of around $50k a year (last I looked that is not the top 1%) and his check is $30 less than it was before the king came to the rescue of the middle class! Now that is gonna stimulate the economy!! 30 bucks less that my son can spend!
Atta Boy King!
Redbarsoup, Splitting elect college votes so they better represent the popular vote is something people have been talking about for years. The fact that you see this as republicans trying to change the rules so they can win is silly. Do you not want the college to better support the popular vote? Any changes will not change an election outcome. It will only change the way politicians campaign.
