Due to the nature of live programming the ratings for CBS (NFL Football and Hawaii Five-0) are approximate and subject to more than the typical adjustments in the final numbers. See below for more information on these Fast Affiliate Ratings.
On CBS, NFL Football: Ravens at Patriots scored a preliminary 14.6 adults 18-49 rating from 7-10PM. Update: A special episode of Hawaii Five-0 earned a Time-Zone Adjusted Fast National 3.4 adults 18-49 rating. This number is unlikely to change significantly in the finals. Check the finals, which probably will not be available until Wednesday this week due to the MLK holiday, for accurate football numbers.
On ABC, America's Funniest Home Videos garnered a 1.3 adults 18-49 rating down 7% from last week's 1.4. Once Upon A Time earned a season low 2.4, down 14% from last week's 2.8 adults 18-49 rating. Your predictions were too optimistic. Revenge scored a season low 1.7 among adults 18-49 down 15% from last week’s 2.0.

Definitions:
Fast Affiliate Ratings: These first national ratings, including demographics, are available at approximately 11 AM (ET) the day after telecast, and are released to subscribing customers daily. These data, from the National People Meter sample, are strictly time-period information, based on the normal broadcast network feed, and include all programming on the affiliated stations, sometimes including network programming, sometimes not. The figures may include stations that did not air the entire network feed, as well as local news breaks or cutaways for local coverage or other programming. Fast Affiliate ratings are not as useful for live programs and are likely to differ significantly from the final results, because the data reflect normal broadcast feed patterns. For example, with a World Series game, Fast Affiliate Ratings would include whatever aired from 8-11PM on affiliates in the Pacific Time Zone, following the live baseball game, but not game coverage that begins at 5PM PT. The same would be true of Presidential debates as well as live award shows and breaking news reports.
Rating: Estimated percentage of the universe of TV households (or other specified group) tuned to a program in the average minute. Ratings are expressed as a percent.
Share (of Audience): The percent of households (or persons) using television who are tuned to a specific program, station or network in a specific area at a specific time. (See also, Rating, which represents tuning or viewing as a percent of the entire population being measured.)
Time Shifted Viewing – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+Same Day (Live+SD) include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.

@ max
OMG idiot MaX are you more than 9 years old ? Revenge and once was against a program with 40million viewers while scandal has normal 10pm competition why do you compare different timeslots against huge events with regular nights of scandal? are u that dump and stupid?
H50 better adjust up or I’m officially declaring it crap. Because those numbers are horrible
H50 had terrific episode on Sunday. Hopefully, more viewers tune in for the show on Mondays. Preliminary ratings have very good demo, but I was hoping for more total viewers. Is there a chance these numbers will be adjusted up?
H50 will probably adjust down (big), considering half hours (5.4 & 2.7) and it started later then 10 pm in some time zones.
ABC Worker: But… but sir! The shows have done fine every other week!
ABC boss: Nope! We need to cancel everything because of a single data point. The TVbythenumbers comments section says so!
abc are idiots. Their schedule is the worst from all networks. That is why thet will be last. Even fox schedule look better than abc schedule.
Looks like NBC was the biggest loser w/ a 0.8 avrg for the night
FOX doubled the take w/ a paltry 1.6
But ABC really tanked hard as OUAT (my pessismistic voice was right on the mark w/ 2.4) but what has happened to Revenge–1.7 is TGW territory & @ 10:00 Shark Tank equalled 1.3 for AFHV–pitiful
Will reserve comment for CBS, though I’m sure it will be singing to the other nets: “Tonight you’re gonna go down in flames, Just Like Jesse James” not only for the night, but for the 2012-13 season win!
You do know that this low ratings of revenge due to the high football competitions wont be taking into consideration for the analysis of renew or cancelled of the show..and remember shows like revenge are huge hits internationally so , USA is not the only market that matters for the company who makes revenge, in this case ABC studios that happens to own the channel that airs it..
A lot of people watched the ravens games and dvrd revenge. I was going back and forth with the remote. so,i have a good idea what happened on revenge last night.
Can people not read that H50 didn’t air at 10, as the game was still on??
H50, OMG I call that a huge drop !! LOL
And it will probably go down in the finals. CBS should had aired POI instead.
Lol for Revenge, or Cancelvenge
give revenge the wednesday timeslot again please.
Anyone know what time the football game actually ended? How inflated are H50′s numbers?
@frodo
ABC have officially killed Revenge
Link to a cancellation announcement from ABC?
Or do you just have no idea what the word “officially” means?
Great night for CBS, terrible for ABC.
It doesn’t matter if ABC air the shows against major events, or preempt them for 3 months. Whatever they do, they’ll always be stupid.
Perish the thought today’s fickle audiences might be losing interest in a couple of serialized shows after one and a half seasons.
@Shepherd
Anyone know what time the football game actually ended?
The game ended at ~9:50pm; Hawaii Five-0 started a 10:16pm.
ABC made a stupid decision by airing new episodes of OUAT and Revenge. I hope they come back stronger on February!
Last year Desperate Housewives fell to a 1.8 against the Grammys so Revenge will most likely get down to a 1.4 when it comes back and Once to a 2.1, Revenge is officially done and ABC are to blame as is Mike Kelly. Worst channel on network TV, ABC are a bunch of money hungry SOB’s.
