ABC has pulled Don't Trust The B in Apt. 23 from its schedule and will replace it with an extra episode of Happy Endings starting January 29, per The Hollywood Reporter. this means that two episodes of Happy Endings will air back to back on Tuesdays from 9-10 until March when Dancing with the Stars returns. There is as yet no word on when or if the remaining eight unaired episodes of Don't Trust The B will air. This move comes after ABC briefly aired extra, out-of-sequence episodes of both comedies on Sunday from 10-11PM, before yanking them off the schedule due to low ratings.

@DW
They’ve literally scheduled Happy Endings in a way that lets them air its entire season 3 order before the end of the season. I sincerely doubt they will change it.
@Douglas from Brazil
I’m starting to hate ABC more,this network is about to sink with no respect to viewers,who is the stupid that runs that network?
I’m sure ABC isn’t worried about disrespecting Don’t Trust the B- viewers, because there aren’t any… that was the problem!
I will miss Krystin Ritter. Hope to see her soon in some other show.
Futoncritic still shows A23 airing from 2/19 through 3/19 (Tuesdays) but maybe they haven’t updated their listings yet. I enjoy the show but I like HE more. By the way, the main guy from Better Off Ted is now on Hot in Cleveland as Melanie’s boss/boyfriend.
Krysten Ritter said on Twitter it’s been canceled. I realize “take what the stars say with appropriate amount of salt”, but I’d consider this past even miracle stage.
ABC went from my favourite network at the start of pilot season, to my most hated. They cancelled pretty much every new show I liked after putting them all in horrible time slots.
If you like the show, head over to the official ABC website and send an email to them to MOVE IT BACK TO 9:30 ON Wednesday after MODERN FAMILY!! That was when it was a massive success. If everyone states that time-slot, they will soon realise it. ABC executives really love this show as stated in an interview 2 weeks ago. Putting the show after Happy Endings has destroyed it! Be sure to say that it is the time-slot that has ruined it, the writing and the overall show is excellent! It’s not officially canceled, the more emails, the more chance of ABC noticing.

Ah, the eternal optimism of the deluded…
Super mega sigh, oh well. At the very least they can run the 8 remaining episodes this summer after Modern Family. Still wondering if we’ll ever get the final 4 for 666 that was unceremoniously yanked at the last minute.
“I’m sure ABC isn’t worried about disrespecting Don’t Trust the B- viewers, because there aren’t any… that was the problem!”
Particularly the DTTB viewers from Brazil, who make ABC no money!

You’ve learned the lessons well, padawan, but that really applies only to hopeful nonsense.
When a star says the show is canceled, it’s safe to assume its canceled.
I guess the B will be in Apt BB (Bear’s Belly)
CHOMP CHOMP
@Dan S
After Modern Family? More like on Saturdays, before 666 Park Avenue. If that.
WTF ABC??? Pull 666 Park Avenue when the ratings were starting to inch up, move programs around like chess pieces and when the ratings fall pull another great show with much potential. No wonder the network is losing it’s audience. Why invest your time on a show just to see it canceled? Dumb… dumb… dumb….
That’s unfortunate

Pull 666 Park Avenue when the ratings were starting to inch up
That’s some hardcore deluded nonsense right there.
Yes, 666 Park Ave did rise a whole tenth of a ratings point in its final episode before being pulled. Let’s assume that wasn’t noise and the show was able to consistently inch up for the remainder of its run – it would top off at a 1.7 for its finale and would still be certain to be canceled.
Apt. 23 was the only ABC comedy I watched (except an occasional Last Man Standing episode). I found it much better than Happy Endings. Too much Vanderbeek and too many schedule changes hurt it more than the uneven scripts. The two lead actresses were very good.
Well, this is a clear cut sign that the B– is on her way out!
NOOOOOO
@oliver. just because its on the schedule doesn’t mean it will last on the schedule.
