Raz! there it is again!!
Fox “News”, the right wing propaganda arm, is running another bogus story–this time about a battery company bought by a Chinese company. Some right wing kooks are jumping on the bandwaggon. One wonders why the kooks never said anythig about Mitt Robme’s investments in Communist Chinese companies…
This just in: The Stone La Pierre was in Reno recently pushing his senseless position for the gun lobby and trying to keep assault type weapons and large magazines legal so they can be used in more mass murders, killing many more children and adults. The far right fringe guy and his white haired boss continue to confuse having weapons of mass murder with 2nd Amendment rights. Most Americans agree with Obama and his gun policies, fortunately, but the gun lobby is relentless in its effort to put more blood money in its pockets…..
@ApplseStinx
That’s how they “take responsibility” for the bad things that happen, they know they’re untouchable
You my friend said everything that needs to be said about all this and Washington.
The media used to do its job and keep the Government in check, when they became cheerleaders instead of reporters, Uncle Sam took over.
usa4 8′s,
I read nothing you say anymore, but, I caught this sliding on by :
“The one thing the right people on this blog have in common: a very LOW level of education”
What a ridiculous comment. I’ll only answer for myself . I graduated college with a 3.9 GPA ,heavy on science courses & stats. My first husband had a PhD & taught macro & micro economics in college, plus , he was mayor of a small city & owned a small business. He leans farther Right than I do.
You must know how embarrassing your comments are. As Gabriel would say :
STOP IT !
@d.d.
Well said.
@ Coffee Steve
I had to turn Hillary off! I could not listen to the BS anymore! She said she takes full responsability BUT she was not getting any of the information. She was in contant contact throughout the attack but has no idea who called for what.
Makes me sick!
@Ratboy
You know for all these years on here, how many times I told everyone I respected her and condsidered voting for her had she won the nomination.
But that day she stood before those caskets and said it was the video, knowing good and well it had zero to do with it, she disgraced them and the military and I lost all repsect for the woman.
To put it simply she told a bare faced lie and disgraced herself for political gain.
@ Coffee Steve
To put it simply she told a bare faced lie and disgraced herself for political gain.
and she continues to lie today. She said she came out the next day and sait it was a terrorist attack but fails to fessing up to the fact she blamed the video to the families. She said back then “the buck stops here” but today she is deferring, deflecting, ignoring, and tap dancing to keep that buck out of her pocket!
I can hear Chris Matthews now, “what a patriot, what a hero, what an extroidanary woman for sitting there and getting abused by those mean ole senators”
Makes me sick!
d.d.–you and your husband have probably never even heard of the multivariate central limit theorem, have you??? comb back to me….
you should have some idea if you have studied statistics……
there it is AGAIN!!!!
Good Morning everyone.
Coffee, I don’t would if it’s all Michigan or just Wayne county. But when I was contacting for DTE/Michcon that they had to provide gas and electric power from December to March to everyone no matter how much they owe. DTE has developed special extremely reduced cost programs for the poor.
I don’t want people to freeze but many people take advantage of this law.
We’ve had the smart meters for five years. My costs have decreased. What scares you about them? I haven’t looked into how this change can increase costs. I know part is so that they can have different prices for high peak and low usages hours. It should make electric bills cheaper for people who work outside their home because the peak hours are when you are not at home.
I believe they said breaking up Bell (AT&T) in the 80′s would decrease phone costs. But we all know that didn’t happen.
Rat is Hillary play the part of Schultz. “I know nooothing. nothings.”
Hey Rat–how many deer have you shot with your AR-15 and 100 round magazine? Come back to me….
I have to close the window! That darn loon is annoying!
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton seemed to throw Susan Rice under the bus when she plainly stated this morning on Capitol Hill, “I wasn’t involved in the talking points process.” The question was regarding Rice’s misleading statements on the Benghazi terror attack on the Sunday morning after the four Americans were killed.
@cathy
They used to have that law around here but many feel so far behind it was impossible for them to catch up. They do on occasion have a winterhelp week where the poor can sign up for assistance though.
But around here unless I just haven’t heard it’s still pay or get it shut off at anytime of the year.
On the smart meters, out West in areas that have them, the companies are in some places only allowing certian killowatt amaounts then charge higher rates if people go over that limit, the fear (And reality is) soon, that will be the norm.
Well at least somebody had the balls to say it!!
WASHINGTON — Republican Sen. Rand Paul said Secretary of State Hillary Clinton had been negligent in conducting her job, and said that if he were president, he would have relieved her of her post.
Paul said that the fact that she was not aware of the requests of more security for the U.S. Embassy in Libya constituted “a failure of leadership” and said it was “inexcusable.”
“I think ultimately…you accept the culpability for the worst tragedy since 9/11,” Paul said.
“Had I been president at the time and I had found that you had not read the cables from Benghazi, you had not read the cables from Ambassador Stevens,” he went on, “I would have relieved you of your post.”
Paul accused Clinton of being directly responsible for the loss of lives in the September 11, 2012 attacks.
“Not to know of the requests for security really, I think, cost these people their lives,” he said.
“I don’t suspect you of bad motives,” he said, but added that “it’s a failure of leadership not to be involved. It’s a failure of leadership not to know these things.”
*Fell so far behind
Jay Leno went counter to the rest of the media’s gushing over the Obama Inauguration Tuesday by actually taking some shots at the current White House resident.
Early in his opening monologue, the NBC Tonight Show host said, “There were twice as many people at his first inauguration…because four years ago, twice as many people could afford to stay in hotels
@Ratboy
I heard Rand Paul speak many times when he ran here in Kentucky for the job, trust me he is one, if you ask a question, he doesn’t beat around the bush, he gives you what he thinks. Its refreshing.
