   While shes testing I been reading about the court ruling, it is blistering against this administration, and I honestly think they will even lose on appeal

   *But the ruling has even broader constitutional significance, with the judges arguing that the president’s recess appointment powers don’t apply to “intrasession” appointments — those made when Congress has left town for a few days or weeks.

   The judges signaled the power only applies after Congress has adjourned sine die, which is a legislative term of art that signals the end to a long work period. In modern times, it means the president could only use his powers when Congress quits business at the end of a year.

   “The dearth of intrasession appointments in the years and decades following the ratification of the Constitution speaks far more impressively than the history of recent presidential exercise of a supposed power to make such appointments,” the judges wrote.

    Hey Rats I marinated some Steak I cubed up in A-1 sauce overnight, steamed some Green & Red Peppers, and loaded the pan up with some sweet onions and mushrooms, light touch of real crushed garlic threw in the peppers and cooked it until all the juice boiled away and left with that mexican style sticky goo and turned it and served it for lunch.

    For a moment I thought I had died and went to heaven

    Thanks a bunch! Now I gotta go get something to eat!!
    Last Sunday while I was making 2 big pots of chile I put some country ribs in the crockpot with some seasoning and some of my rub spices than thinned out some of my BBQ sause with a little white grape juice and balsamic vinigar and let it go for about 6 hours. I then put it in the fridge overnight. The next night I took the hardened grease off and heated it up and put it over egg noodles! Yeeeeeee Haaaaaaa deeee aaaaam it was good!

    I told my wife last week, she could take over some of the supper cooking so I could have some more study time, she looks at me, smiles and says “Nope” LOL
