@Ratboy
2 big pots of chile I put some country ribs in the crockpot
Now, now, you know us guys can’t cook
My first wife cooked and did a good job but I shared the kitchen. My second wife could cook really good but……………pretty much left it up to me! Now that she is gone she is pretty lost for good food to he own addmision!
She came over a week or so ago to give me some paperwork and looked at my kitchen and aske if I was catering.
I have added a rolling stainless steel topped work station, a butcher block table, and have gadgets and utensils hanging on the walls as well as numerous shelves full of spices, seasonings, and other morsals of goodness! I think I heard her stomach growl!
Afternoon Coffee, got an extra cup? Rats, always good to see a bit o good snark.

Assault Weapons Ban Lacks Democratic Votes to Pass Senate
A proposed ban on sales of assault weapons would be defeated in the U.S. Senate today unless some members changed their current views, based on a Bloomberg review of recent lawmaker statements and interviews.
At least six of the chamber’s 55 Democrats have recently expressed skepticism or outright opposition to a ban, the review found. That means Democrats don’t have a simple 51-vote majority to pass the measure, let alone the 60 votes needed to break a Republican filibuster to bring it to a floor vote.

I Have Kitchen Envy!
My stove has to be at least 60 years old and the walls are late 1940′s kitchen pink. The cabinets are white metal.
@ I Have Kitchen Envy!
My stove is not that good (and electric instead of gas) I have set my kitchen up more for doing my smoking than cooking but it does work well for the cooking part too. I have my 2 smokers outside on my covered deck along with my grill and a tall cabinet with my bags of wood chips, leather gloves, grates, etc.
Some guys have golf clubs and I have my cookin and smokin stuff! I almost bought a used smoker on a trailer but it was on the west coast and they wanted too much per mile to ship it!

Heck it sounds like a “retro” kitchen that people pay BIG bucks for these days!!!
The right wing kooks continue to ignore the will of the American people on gun control–that’s why they lose elections big! Better keep the voter suppression and gerrymandering going to have even a chance of losing by a samll margin.
Assault Weapons Ban Lacks Democratic Votes to Pass Senate
I guess those t baggin, gun lovin, people hating, DEMOCRATS aint got a clue huh???
Of course, the American people are against the backward thinking, right wing philosophy…so the only thing the right can do is tamper with voting districts–gerrymandering…..in an effort to have the man with the most votes lose…..
hey Rat–how many deer have you shot with your AR-15 and 100 round magazine???
Did you see the NRA girls on Piers Morgan this week make fools out of themselves. The stone Pierre must be proud…………….
Oh how funny. The house was originally built in 1879 and it was a rental property for most of those years. We hear people walking around upstairs in the empty apartment we use for stoeage when we know there is no one up on the second floor. And every now and again the old lady who used to own the place walks through, she’s been dead for almost 20 years.

I love this stuff. We should try to get you on ‘Haunted’. And Coffee Steve and Ratboy on ‘Chopped’ (Food Network), by the way.
Republican Gov. Bobby Jindhal said the GOP need to stop being ” the stupid party”
LMAO!!

I had the same thing in my house but then I relized the old broad wasnt dead yet and was stealing all my sh%$
…….oh wait, that was my ex wife………………….never mind
test
Yes, and Haley Barbur just concurred with Jindal. Their only strategy left, given only 39% of the public has a favorable of the GOP party, is to gerrymander and suppress the vote, as they have already begun doing.
This just in: (You won’t see this on Fox unbalanced)–John Elway, a staunch Republican, sees no need for assault type weapons in civilan hands……
