   The U.S. Supreme Court Allows
   New Challenge To Obamacare To Go Forward

   Under the heading of “it’s not over until it’s over”, the United States Supreme Court has vacated a decision by the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, ordering the appellate court to hear arguments on the constitutionality of two key provisions of the Affordable Care Act.

   The two issues, which could lead to yet another SCOTUS review sometime during the 2013-2014 court session, involve a challenge to the employer mandate—requiring that employers with 50 or more full-time employees provide health insurance to its workers or pay a fine—and the contraception mandate requiring that health care benefits include a contraceptive benefit without the need for a co-pay.

   It feels a bit like deja vu all over again. The Supreme Court has ordered an appeals court to reopen arguments on the Affordable Care Act’s employer mandate and contraceptive coverage provisions, opening a potential path back to the highest court by late 2013.

   mr usa8888, why didnt sen reid. the majorty leader in the senate force a recess. he has the power with just a simple majorty vote. the filbuster rules dont apply there. sen mitchell did it with clinton, sen frist with george w. this is the first time a president of either party has made an appointment without an offical recess or adjournment. the constitution says recess or adjournment!

His posts also did not sound like those of a 21 year vet. I know many people who were in the military for over 6 years. I’ve never meet a vet as cocky as Mark2″

   Williams conceded the the court had ruled correctly, but rather than chiding the president for violating his oath of office with unconstitutional appointments, he blamed Senate Republicans for driving Mr. Obama to do so

   Considering no one put a WMD to the prez’s noggin and said “do this.” He made a decsion, which he is suppose to do. And then take responsibility for it. It is annoying to watch people try make excuses and blaming others for them. “the republicans made me do it!” How very childish. We don’t take that crap from kids, why should be take it from grown men?

   How funny, I used to be a democrat, when I was young naive and graduated college. Changed parties about 5 years ago after 34 years a democrat.

    Me and the democratic party. It was like a marrage that started out great, but then over time..it began to sour. Things that should have been done, broken promices, resentments till finally one of us had to go and it wasn’t going to me. So I sent the party packing and cozied up on the couch with a new spouse, the republican party. Give them a try….if they act up the same way and get stupid…..there is always the independents.
