Cathy–the same could be said about Rush Limburger…..and he makes twice what Ted makes…just shows P.T. Barnum was correct…..
I don’t have time to go through a google search and look for a credible source. The first page of that search doesn’t have a credible source.
There is a big difference between being paid to hold a prisoner and making money to have them. It cost $25,000 a year to just feed, clothes and house prisoners. This does not include health care expensive.
Clinton doesn’t go around as a poster boy for Guns and a fighter for Freedom by way of the military the way Nugent does.
Nugent is a fake and a draft dodger. As someone who’s served 21 years, I can tell you that Nugent is the worst kind.
Mark2, Obama ran as a centrist. Meaning not a left winger not a right winger but from the center. Now, he is telling the country about all his left wing plans. I’m glad you are proud that he had to LIE about what he was about to win.
@Cathy “I don’t have time to go through a google search and look for a credible source. The first page of that search doesn’t have a credible source.”
That’s the difference between you and me…I actually take the time to research and read.
CNN is fine where they are considering they dominate social media. They are still the news winners as can be seen by anyone using 21st century tech and anytime there is an actual news event.
FOX will continue to keep their base but its honestly slipping very very very slowly as MSNBC rises very very slowly. 5-10 years from now these number may be reversed. The key demo still matters, its why they still measure it. The country is going socially liberal and thats a course that will not reverse. Obama made himself the liberal heir of Lincoln and MLK (and yes anybody who knows history knows Lincoln was a liberal as were almost all early Republicans).
Surprised by Matthews sudden rise. Maddow vs. Hannity and O’Donnell vs. Greta are going to compete for years now with one dominating on night and then it switching as weeks go by.
@Cathy “Obama ran as a centrist…”
When did that happen?

Mark2, I have researched and read about the topic of prison costs. I have never come across any credible source that stated states made money keeping people in prison. You stated there where and instead of proving the link to a credible source you tell me to google it. And go there all the sites to find proved for you.
So, you can’t provide a link to a credible source.

@Cathy “Hey Mark2: Southpark kick b**T 19 – 49 viewership almost twice that of Steward”
What on earth are you talking about? That just shows that you have no clue what you’re talking about.
******************************
Actually, it shows you don’t know what you are talking about…you are the one tryng to compare kinda-sorta-almost comedy shows with NEWS….but I’ve heard Stewart and Colbert is where MOST lefties are getting their news today..which explains their ignorance…
Mark2, Go to youtube and listen to Obama’s campaign speeches. But of course you want to believe Obama ran on a left wing agenda.

@Johnny
I guess you didn’t see my previous post:
Top Evening News shows for total viewers:
#1 – NBC News = 9,169,000
#2 – ABC News = 8,544,000
#3 – CBS News = 7,214,000
#4 – OReilly = 3,235,000…not even close. As Steve Perry used to say, he’s in the minor leagues when compared to the Big Boys.
************************************
Apples and Oranges as all 320 million people in the US get ABC, NBC, and CBS FOR FREE…while only 97 million get FNC….if you compare possible markets vs viewers, you get:
NBC 2.8%
ABC 2.6%
CBS 2.2%
O-Reilly 3.3%
@Cathy “So, you can’t provide a link to a credible source.”
What, in your mind, do you consider credible? And please don’t say Fox News.
@1966
I was guessing a link to ‘Cat Scratch Fever”.
Shirley Bassey was perfect for the Bond theme songs. Didn’t she sing a third one long after “Diamonds Are Forever”?
@StanT
You’re too funny. You need to check your figures. Besides the fact that it’s irrelevant who gets cable TV and who gets Broadcast TV. The fact remains, more Americans are viewing Broadcast News….that’s the end result.

****************************************
Like all lefties, you’re simply ignoring the FACTS, because they dont support your position….but then that’s why the left have been repeating the same mistakes ever since the 1920….Obama shouldn’t be saying move forward, since he and the dems are once again moving backward to the 1920s…
@apple stinx
I belive she did do three songs.
@Mark2
CHeck what figures? I used YOUR figures…hurts to always be wrong doesn’t it?

WRONG!!! You rookies crack me up. First of all the, that 97 million figure you threw out is actually 97 million households that get Fox News.
Secondly, according to Nielsen Ratings, there are only total of 114 million television households in America. With that in mind, you need to rework your numbers…lol.
