   AHS didn’t grow at all such an excellent season. a lot about God, Satan, death. second half was so much better than the church-mocking first.

   American Horror Story may be completely bonkers and bats**t-insane, but it is still one of the top-rated cable dramas on TV. I’m not sure, is it still in the top three? Top five? Definitely in the top six or seven cable dramas, anyway.

   At first I disliked this show, but now I have accepted its maniacal gonzo go-for-broke lunacy.

    i think FX needs to keep the show in the fall. breaking it into 2 parts is not a great idea.

    but either way, the show is still a major success. maybe next season’s story will click more than this year’s did. anyway, great finale and great season. can’t wait for next year.

    Ryan Murphy mocking Catholicism is getting old! He needs to find another shtick. With that being said, hopefully season 3 of AHS is better!

    Ouch for Necessary Roughness!!! It did worse than NCIS, Granted it had to go against the finale of AHS, but it’s still bad.

    As for AHS, it must be noticed that the FX movie preceding it got lousy ratings for being on FX.

    I don’t know why USA even bothered with Necessary Roughness. It didn’t do that great this past summer.
