ibsles, rat, and upandnover are so far out in left field, they are in right field. Rand Paul is right with them.. As said numerous times, these fringe factions fortuately represent a small fraction of the American people and can not win elections, hence their need for their and vote suppression techniques.
The GOP is collapsing, as noted by Bobby Jindal and haley Barbur on Fox today. They refuse to adopt to the modern age and hence, their views are those of the Pleistocene Era. And, of course, most Americans disagree with the right wing GOP and side with Obama on just about every social and economic issue, The GOP does, however, have in its camp a plethora of racists, religious fanatics, bigots, and general backward thinkers, some of whose erroneous writings you can find under ibsles, rat, dd, etc…
Ok just one more time to recap earlier today
Just a quick recap!
The ABSOLUTE largest hypocrisy of the left wing loon nut jobs!!!
How many ab ortions last year took place?
In the US about 1.2 million ab ortions take place every year.
How many people were killed by guns in America last year?
The Centers for Disease Control says 11,493 people died from gun homicides.
They fight FOR one and AGAINST the other!!!!
Please pardon Rat, for when it comes to logic, his syllogisms are characteristic of the null set. Rat, again, how many AR-15′s with 100 round magazines does it take you to shoot a deer????
USA888, you are the dumbest poster on this site of all time. That is a fact.
DB–sorry, I left you out among those whose syllogisms are characteristic of the null set…
usa8888
Don’t listen to the double consonant wonder. You have friends here who happen to enjoy your ‘stuff’. I think someone knocked me a few months ago b/cause I had the audacity to enjoy your comments. I did not reply, as I don’t have to justify my likes or dislikes to him, her, it, or anyone and that’s a fact.
US,
I know you are having fun here, that’s the main thing. I am curious about a question I asked a while ago: Assume an assault weapons ban works and there are no more assault weapon murders. What happens the next time some nut shoots a child(ren) with a pistol. Is not the next logical step to ban pistols? I ask as someone who is not a gun owner and has no problem with some additional regs like background checks.
usa4 8′s is a troll not a poster having fun. Please don’t feed him.

Sarah Palin Out At Fox News Channel
A source close to Palin told Real Clear Politics that it was the governor’s decision not to renew their contract.
Now, if Greta can just lose Donald Trump , I might watch her show again.

BBT
DD,
I am not sure where he got that you are a nasty ideologue
Bobby–no, ban guns that are very lethal, like killing devices like AR-15′s, and large magazines. You have to balance gun banning with the 2nd Amendment; so pistols would not be banned unless they are automatics with large magazines. Don’t get me wrong–I have shot M-16′s and they are somewhat fun to shoot. But I recognize that I don’t need one for my 2nd Amendment rights, or to shoot game, or to defend myself. I recognize that lunatics get hold of these weapons very easily and when they do, it’s a BIG problem with potentially many deaths.
Usaa888.
Whats nuty about wanting to follow the constitution. And FYI only about 3% of gun deaths a comitted with rifles and the asault rifle is a subset of that. So you are going at something less than 3% of the problem.
@Betty “NBC NEWS gets about 9 Million Viewers, give or take, BUT………………..
in a country of 310 Million that’s a minuet percentage,a drop in the bucket.”
Then what does that say about the 3 million that watch O’Reilly — talk about a minuet percentage– that’s 3 times less than Brian Williams…ouch!!!
Also keep in mind that 25-26 Million Americans watch Broadcast news while less than 5 Million tune in to watch Cable News at their highest peak of the day.
I’m sorry to have to hit you with a reality check but somebody has to do it.
If Fox News had an actual audience, local Fox Network affiliates would be airing it. Fox’s NYC affiliate airs TMZ in the 6:30 pm time slot. Fox’s Philadelphia affiliate airs Inside Edition in the 6:30 pm time slot. All other network affiliates in these markets air news in this time slot.
US,
I understand your point. I am not sure some would want to stop at the assault weapons ban but I do not want to speak for anyone.
I guess the Republicans motto is “if you can’t beat um, change the rules!!” At least some of those idiots have some common sense and are blocking it.
RICHMOND, Va. — The prospects appear doomed in Virginia this year for Republican-backed legislation that would replace the state’s winner-take-all method of apportioning presidential electoral votes with one that awards one vote to the winner of each congressional district.
Virginia is the first of several states carried in November by President Barack Obama where the Republican-controlled legislature is considering measures to replace the winner-take-all allocation of electoral votes. The Virginia legislation survived a state Senate subcommittee on a 3-3 vote this week, but two Republicans on the full committee said Friday they would oppose the bill when it comes up for a committee vote next week, effectively killing it.
And should it clear the legislature, Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell announced Friday he opposes it. Spokesman J. Tucker Martin said McDonnell, a Republican, “believes Virginia’s system works just fine.”
Similar legislation is pending in Wisconsin and Pennsylvania, and Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus, who was re-elected to a second two-year term Friday, endorsed the concept last week. Other GOP leaders have expressed support for the idea as a way to rebound after last fall’s defeats
Bsot–There is nothing wrong with trying to follow the Constitution. But if a RELATIVELY small subset of gun deaths is caused by assault type weapons AND if those deaths are HORRENDOUS AND they are occurring much more frequently, we need to do something about it!!!!!!!!!!!
If your kid was shot to death by one of these weapons AND there was no real need for civilians to have them, wouldn’t you want them banned, given that more and more lunatics are using mass murder weapons to kill large amounts of people quickly??? In a perfect world, there would be no problem with these weapons, but this is not a perfect world……..
It’s funny how people cry out the second amendment when it comes to “DON’T TAKE MY GUNS AWAY KING OBAMA WAA WAAA!” Yet they seem to forget a certain important line in that same amendment.
A well REGULATED militia. It’s the third word in the amendment….
Wow!
To be let go from the least credible news agency really tells ya something about someone.
Sarah Palin is now out on her keister!!
@How many ab ortions last year took place?

The consented termination of cells by medical procedure by a medical professional, compares to a-holes with a guns that kill people???
Not too bright!!
Suppose you hate Lysol too!! It kills living things too!
