Coffee Steve, You need to come up with those types of plans one or two days ahead of time.
lol @Cathy
Another lets be like them story
*Bus service grinds to halt in Naples, Italy: No fuel…
NAPLES, Italy (AP) — Bus service in the southern Italian city of Naples has ground to a halt after the city transport company ran out of money for fuel.
Valeria Peti, of the ANM transport company, says only 30 of the usual 300 buses left the depot Wednesday morning, and they all had to return before their tanks ran dry. The company had announced overnight that service for the morning rush hour couldn’t be guaranteed.
Coffee, I sounds like you are home schooling your daughter. (I hate to assume things.) What grade level? My niece is planning on home schooling her children starting next year. Her husband, who is a Surgeon now, was home schooled and found that many colleges wanted home schooled students.
IIIIIIIIIII’mmmmmmmmm Baaaaaaaaaaaaack!
You can pile all the snow you want Coffee Dude because it can be as bad as the piles of BS a few have posted here this morning!
@Cathy
Yep, I’m homeschooling her. I am so happy I get the chance too, I wish I could have my other kids as well. She is in 7th Grade but is about a 1/2 year ahead of schedule. She scored a fantastic 98% on an 8th grade placement test for her prep for her work in the 8th grade recently.
We have many sources like Saxon math (The best there is) and life pack and Beka as well.
@Ratboy
Glad you made it back safe, now fax me my snow machine you borrowed 25 years ago please

And now another Uncle Sam has lost his mind and went completely insane story
*Couple Faces Jail Time For Nursing Deer Back To Health…
Jennifer and Jeff Counceller, the couple at the center of the controversy, made an appearance on ABC’s “Good Morning America,” where host George Stephanopoulos’ comment was that this was a story “guaranteed to make you mad.”
The Councellers — Jeff is a cop, Jennifer is a nurse — face a March trial date on a charge of illegal possession of a deer, a misdemeanor that could mean 60 days in jail and fines of $500 each.
In 2010, Jeff found the deer on a police call. The animal appeared to have been attacked by a coyote. His wife, who had experience tending their horses and dogs, applied her skills to the deer. The fawn healed but grew slowly as the Councellers kept it in their care, in a pen, for nearly two years.
(Now the real COOL Uncle Sam part)
The couple said they intended to set the animal free last fall. But the DNR discovered it in their possession in June and ordered it killed. The DNR’s report says it was a matter of “safety,” without elaborating
On its execution day, the deer turned up missing. The Councellers say they don’t know how but admit that Dani had lots of friends.
Our Uncle has lost his marbles
Cathy, gas here in upstate ny is now 3.79

Welcome back Rats,,,, There is no BS here. It’s all the truth
You know Cathy, I am sooo old that I died 2 weeks ago but no one could tell!
True story, I am at the board of directors meeting this morning in a nice suit with my gray hair, trifocals, and hearing aids and we were talking about new technology. One of the younger board members said to me “I know you are in charge of the Education Committe so if you would like for me to have a young person fill you in on the texting, skyping, and that type of thig just let me know so you can instruct the committe chairperson what we need training on” I asked what she was going to fill me in on and her reply was “you know the basics, how to text etc.” I just looked at her and said ” You better start with them damn push button phones cuz I cant figure out how to use them, I am still too used to the rotary dial!”
Rat, Very important question How do I make a moving laughing smile?
I do have a complaint about Fox news. I rarely watch Fox news two days in a row, but I did Monday and Tuesday. I thought I was in a time loop at first. Half of “The Five” and half of “Bill O” covered the same things they had covered the day before. I mean how many times do I need to hear about the softball interview by 60 minutes. If they would have had new facts it would have been O.K. but it was the same.
IS there any everyday Fox news viewers out there that can tell me if this is normal for them to go over the same thing?
@Rats
like for me to have a young person fill you in on the texting, skyping
I want to forget all that I know and have know about computers. I been using the stupid things ever since the commador 64 ones came out and used cassette tapes for storage, you would type data for 3 days and all you’d get was a bouncing ball on the screen
@Rats, why are a bad one.
Yes, Fox feels that its viewers won’t remember what was said the day before. Hence, Fox saves a little on production costs……..
PS: @ Rats
I can teach you HTML, thats fun
: lol : but with no spaces
