Rick Santelli made a stunning observation Wednesday about the shocking report that the economy actually shrunk in the fourth quarter last year.
“We are now Europe,” he declared on CNBC’s Squawk Box.
Hey Joe,” Santelli said, “when you act like Europe, you get growth rates like Europe, and our discussions with economists sounds like we’re in Europe. They have the same discussions constantly.”
“They’re always doing the right thing,” he continued. “They’re always thinking they know better. And this is the kind of growth. We have become Europe. We are now Europe.”

My God. Rick is the only sane person at that network. It is insane the stuff those other morons say… NBC in in the bag for the Democrats
@USA8888
“AR-15?s are weapons of mass murder, firing almost as fast as a machine gun.”
BULLS*H*I*T
It is as fast as you can pull a trigger, no more and that is based per person.
@Mark
Yes we gave Israel the funding. So I guess with that logic we gave them the system.
I will keep that in mind for further use……………

“AR-15 just look bad. No military would use these. There are much better guns that do not look as mean. But, that does not look as good for your cause.
lbsles wrote about: “Dominican prostitute: Senator Bob Menendez ‘likes the youngest and newest girls’”
He gets a free pass if he has been in favor of underage prostitution; he won’t be called a hypocrite. You see, in this new world of ours, hypocrisy is considered to be a worse offense than the offenses in question. Edge to people with no morals.

It is the same with the F16 we are shipping. We can not afford to give anything away. Sell everything.
@Jeff
When I lived in SC, I had a main, lawn service, pool service, and had someone to wash the car. Wife was in Tampa and again I was in SC. Very little sex
Now, I clean the trailer, wash the cars / bikes, and mow what little lawn I have. Sex when ever we feel the mood.
Main = maid
Reuters) – The euro held near a 14-month peak against the dollar and a 2-1/2 year high versus the yen on Thursday, having risen solidly as investors expect central banks in both the United States and Japan to keep an aggressive easing stance.
The U.S. Federal Reserve underscored that view by leaving in place its monthly $85 billion bond-buying stimulus plan on Wednesday, arguing the support was needed to lower unemployment.
This is why gas prices have been going up for years.
Right Jeff and Mark
We used to buy at .80 on the Dollar . That saw the euro break above key resistance around $1.3500 and move close to $1.3570, a high not seen since November, 2011
@dd
did you watch my video I left for you on page 5?

There is nothing the American people will do to stop Bernanke from continuing to print money and destroying the dollar’s value and everything that goes with it? After the economic disaster strikes, he will hold a press conference and say he was wrong and then walk away still rich.
Oh, he came from Goldman Sacs he is already rich. He will be Richest
@Rats, Thanks for the information.
On illegals and immigration. I was always in the ‘just made them citizens’, until my sons got their Panama housemate, Juan. His family is from Mexico, they wanted to come to the U.S. six years ago but where put on the waiting list, so they moved to Panama. His father is a medical doctor. His brother is a bio-chemical engineer with a post graduate degree. Juan has two master degrees, one is in heart reanimation, the other in pharmaceutical engineering. He is helping on a research project right now that deals with drugs that can fix heart problems in humans. Juan hopes to get into a doctoral program in the U.S. next September.
By meeting Juan, I learned that extremely talent people are waiting in line to get into the U.S., while the unskilled are jumping the line by jumping the boarder.
We can’t let line jumps stay in this country unless we let everyone waiting in line in the country first.
@Jeff
Don’t get me wrong, I get in a bad mood at least 5 minutes once a year

*Pentagon doesn’t know if it’s buying Iranian oil in Afghanistan…
The Defense Department has no idea whether or not it is violating U.S. sanctions by indirectly purchasing Iranian oil for the Afghan security forces, according to a new report by the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR).
The United States paid for the purchase and delivery of fuel to the Afghan security forces for years, totaling $1.1 billion for just the Afghan army since 2007. But the Pentagon’s lack of internal controls means that some of that fuel might have come from Iran, the SIGAR office found. New checks and balances were put in place last year, but there is still a risk that U.S. taxpayer funds are being sent to Iran.
