FYI: For Popeye spicy chicken fans. I used the Popeye’s copy cat recipe from food dot com. It is d*mn good chicken. I won’t be going out for fried chicken again. I used it on chicken strips, so only 4 minutes in the grease. I also placed it on cookie racks to cool and the strips were not greasy. These would be great for a super bowl party.

For all you cooks out there, the BEST thing to have in your kitchen, EVER………..a PIZZAZZ. Google it. for 50 bucks it is cooking made easy! I bought one then a second one for the office then one for my son.
Frozen pizza, 14 minutes no pre-heat and wipe the tray clean with a paper towel and you are done! Frozen appetizers, 12 – 14 min, wipe with a paper towel and you are done! Frozen hot wings, 20 min then put in a bowl with buffalo sause and shake and you are done, wipe the tray with a paper towel.

I laid it out for you guys yesterday, interest rates are too low to make money so the best return is in and out quick hits on the markets for the big investors so the numbers are all fake just like the housing market. This is caused by Obama and his band of idiots trying to fix the economy. When this one tumbles we will be wishing for the housing crash because the pain will have been less severe!

The ONLY thing that may keep stocks form crashing in a major way soon is the new tech stocks, they are sound and very reliable, but I’m not sure there are enough to stop a huge market correction. Good grief there are some huge stocks selling for major prices that have no way of maintaining their value.
It could get bumpy soon. Not so much for us, but major investors and the wealthy then trickle down to us small folk.
