   What year did this happen and yes it IS illegal!

   Also, “teachers filled in the answers for him”. Report it! This is highly illegal and many schools have been in BIG trouble for this kind of unscrupulous practice. Teachers should not be filling in answers.

   Please don’t say it has to do with mandated training. In my field, I have to train on new tech and get new certs. every year and I have to do it on my own time.”

   Some schools do follow this kind of schedule but even though it is year round, still students only attend school for abbreviated periods (for example: 4 weeks on and one week off). My best guess is to keep expenses down (everything from labor, heat/air, food to transportation) but that is just a guess.

   The GOP’s lack of knowledge of economics in the House is trying to sink the country, but if they quit obstructing, Obama’s progressive policies will get the economy going full steam ahead, just like the Stock Market…..

    Bad economy = Rep obstructionism (debt ceiling downgrade resulting from refusing to pay for already incurred debt; fiscal cliff irresponsibility; drastic spending cuts in bad recession; no economic plan except try to ruin Obama by ruining the US economy)—–Any Questions??????

    Power out at SB. You have said after the economy gets going then we should tackle the debt. What has given you the impression the President will do that? Also, he got his tax increase he wanted, it’s his now. He HAS to own this, a leader does not continuously pass the buck. Every administration deals with the other party, this is not a first.

    It is not fair that he only gets the credit but none of the blame. Does that sound fair to you?

    Fox running bogus headline saying dems stick by claim GOP trying to cut entitlements for seniors–YES, that’s exactly what lian Ryan proposed in his budget. The right wing GOP wants ELIMINATE Social Security, Medicare, and virtually all government programs because the right wing controlled GOP wants none of this…..that’s one reason the GOP LOST the election…and they will lose all future electins if they don’t change their warped views……

    People can and have debated waterboarding, there are at least arguments on both sides. I think if lives are at stake it should be in the equation. However, people have continued to deny we get accurate info from it and that debate should now be over. LP said we maybe could have gotten OBL without it. I believe him but the fact is we got OBL with it.

    Now that the tax increase on the rich is done, there need to be tax changes which stop super rich like Robme from paying 0 to 15% on cap gains, etc. Then, there needs to be an infrastructure program rebuilding our decaying infrastructure with eseentially interest money, creating jobs, and using the multiplier effect to creat more jobs–just like Eisenhower did in the 50′s. This will get the economy humming again. Additionally, the right fringe in the House needs to stop their fiscal cliff and debt ceiling games, which adversely affect the economy.

    I always ask people “if your child is in danger and the choice to save him/her is waterboarding and enhanced interogation for better odds, whould you still say no??” I think NOT! Well we are the children of the government and it BETTER do ANYTHING to insure our safety!!!!!
