Even on the ratings train of woe that is NBC's early 2013, last night's 0.9 adults 18-49 rating for Do No Harm spells near instant doom.
But how soon is instant?
Edit: Because someone asked about it on Twitter, I'll add that The Paul Reiser Show lasted 2 weeks in the spring of 2011 after it premiered with a 1.1 rating.

Only next week and done
Now Deception looks slightly better.
1 more week…TOPS!
More than 3 because it has been one of those seasons were they like to leave the festering corpses on the air long after the show’s demise.
looks like the bear won’t have to wait long for its next meal!
@S.
Only because they do better than repeats would. This show will quickly do worse than repeats.
They should move Rock Center back there and put Grimm repeats on Friday.
three plus weeks because whatever, this is already such a farce that it can only be pushed to the most insane conclusion possible.
also, keep in mind The Firm lasted around four weeks in that slot pulling numbers comparable to Dead On Arrival’s premiere.
I actually like the premiere, guess I’ll watch it until NBC pulls the plug. what’s the worst that could happen?
Depends if it increases a little then a few but if it drops then just next week.
I think another 2 or 3, just because they have very little to replace it with. Most of their shows are doing so badly, little can come of it.
by the way, the posters for this thing with the corny face photoshopped onto Hot Doctor Guy’s OMG hands were absolutely terrible. fire your promotion department, NBC!
I say bring Rock Center immediately back to Thursdays. And I think they should give Do No Harm one last shot next Friday (rerun the premiere at 8 and air the second episode at 9), especially since they would have NOTHING other than Dateline airing on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
I doubt even NBC believed Do No Harm would work out there, so why not have aired it on Fridays? So stupid.
Do Not Harm is NBC’s Made in Jersey !
Any chance it gets relocated into Mondays instead of Deception?!
What about reshowing the parenthood season in that slot? Well rated, and well reviewed —I would think you could get at least that ratings in that slot.
this reaaaaaaaaaaally should have been on Fridays (either 8 or 10).
It makes The Mob Doctor premier look good.
@senor chang
I agree, Do No Harm will be a good match for Grimm. Please give it a chance, NBC!!
hey, Bill, one question that really interests me is what NBC is going to do with the Thursday 10 slot next season. I’d love to see a poll/discussion thread open for it. it’s amazing just how dire that slot has been ever since the end of ER.
In my mind, the big question is Hannibal.
If it is ready to go, NBC gives DNH (what joke are we settling on here? Do Not Resuscitate is my vote) one more week to verify it is that level of disaster, puts news specials in for the rest of Sweeps, and then puts Hannibal in starting 2/28 or 3/7 (once they’ve had time for promos).
If it is not ready to go, then we get Rock Centers again in one or two weeks.
Pulled after it flops for a third time?
