Nielsen TV Ratings: ©2013 The Nielsen Company. All Rights Reserved.

NOTE: All ratings are "live plus same day" from Nielsen Media Research unless otherwise indicated.

Rating: Estimated percentage of the universe of TV households (or other specified group) tuned to a program in the average minute. Ratings are expressed as a percent.  More information on ratings is available here.

Share (of Audience): The percent of households (or persons) using television who are tuned to a specific program, station or network in a specific area at a specific time. (See also, Rating, which represents tuning or viewing as a percent of the entire population being measured.)

Fast Affiliate Ratings: These first national ratings, including demographics, are available at approximately 11 AM (ET) the day after telecast, and are released to subscribing customers daily. These data, from the National People Meter sample, are strictly time-period information, based on the normal broadcast network feed, and include all programming on the affiliated stations, sometimes including network programming, sometimes not. The figures may include stations that did not air the entire network feed, as well as local news breaks or cutaways for local coverage or other programming. Fast Affiliate ratings are not as useful for live programs and are likely to differ significantly from the final results, because the data reflect normal broadcast feed patterns. For example, with a World Series game, Fast Affiliate Ratings would include whatever aired from 8-11PM on affiliates in the Pacific Time Zone, following the live football game, but not game coverage that begins at 5PM PT. The same would be true of Presidential debates as well as live award shows and breaking news reports.

Time Shifted Viewing – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+Same Day (Live+SD) include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.

I am not surprised Nikita went down in ratings again. It is boring.I DVRed it and just watched it and found it to be really boring. It is become the show that i only watch when nothing else is on.I think that is why more then half of the people who watched in S1 have stopped watching. It is boring.

Hah! No crying I don’t understand how someone can just start making up whatever they want at any given moment and try to pass it off as the truth. And to bash a show each and every week like its your job makes no sense to me. You would think people would have more to do in their lives

  • Ram510

Non of that supports your (false) claim that Nikita had been the CW’s lowest rated show in all of its 3 years. Just give up, cause your wrong

  • Carm

Last Man Standing is one of the best comedy shows on Tv right now!!!!
Shark Tank is also a great show.

    I watch
    Last Man Standing
    Blue BLOODS
Those are the best shows on Friday night right now!!!

  • Ram510

I’m a Nikita fan and I truthfully have to agree with you. This season has been really boring, it’s become more like a procedural. Like last night I felt like I was watching a episode if ncis or criminal minds (the scenes in the woods really felt like an episode of CM) and I’m just not a traditional procedural kind of guy. The excitement that the had season 1 &2 isn’t there right now, but the previews for next week gave some hope. I’ll be watching anyways

  • Sarah moss

Smallville broadcast on Friday has never fallen below 1.0. In fact to be fair in 22 episodes only 2 episodes have been 0.9. Smallville With the end of the network has lost many viewers.

  • Billy

ABC should give Last Man Standing another season, but replace Malibu Country with another show. I hope they do not cancel both shows. LMS deserves to come back.

  • Joe

Is t it interesting….on a lower hut night as Friday LMS matches or surpasses so many shows….HE, Whitney, GWK, 30 Rock (not this week though) and comes close to RH, TNN, the Mindy Project, and they all have solid lead-ins….IMO LMS (since ABC doesnt own it) is equivalent to CBS’ Rules of Engagement (stepchild) Good performer but never appreciated

  • Nikitarenewedinyourface

Beauty and the Flop fans are pathetic, look at this:

    LMAO, pathetic and desperate.

Go Nikita, season 4 on the way!

  • DougF

Well the fact that the CW is carried less than all the other networks. It basically the equivalent to a cable network.

White Collar and Justified got a 0.9 18-49 this week. Two CW shows (Supernatural & Arrow) tied them and Vampire Diaries beat them.

Also take a look at Suits this week’s episode pulled 1.0 18-49. Which would have made it the #2 show on the CW behind Vampire Diaries (which pulled a 1.3) and only just slightly above Supernatural and Arrow (both 0.9)

How about FX’s new series The Americans its premier episode would have made it the #2 show on the CW this week behind Vampire Diaries.

Charlie Sheen’s show did worse than Beauty and the Beast this week and FX’s new comedy Legit is in 90210/Nikita territory.

So if its ratings are horrific then most cable networks are with the few exceptions of some shows.

Breaking Bad’s season finale only managed to pull a 1.4, that’s only a tenth of a point higher than the last episode of Vampire Diaries.

Last night, Malibu Country was great and so funny. If the show could get some tv advertising in the form of commercials, I believe it would help. Friday night is not a good night for tv,and the show has so much potential for a really good, family comedy and that is very rare on tv these days. If you want it to stay on tv, get behind it, support it, DVR it and speak up!

  • Billy

You are right about LMS. I hope ABC understands it is Friday. LMS should come back. Those numbers are pretty good for a Friday.

  • DougF

You nikita lunatics are weird. Worry about your own show which just because this site tells you it is getting renewed does not make it so.

I’m not a batb fan but how are batb fans pathetic for having a discussion on their show’s board on imdb?

I think i’m now rooting for batb to get renewed over nikita just so I can see the nikita lunatics have a meltdown, it’s just too bad bondoel was blocked that would make it extra sweet just to see that meltdown if it happened.

  • Laza

People, please watch Nikita!!!!! do not ruin such a good show!!!!

  • Joseph

Even if it gets another season, The CW will likely yank “Nikita” from Fridays and move it to some other night.

Fridays on the CW next season will probably be “Next Model” followed by either another reality show or a rerun.

CBS may be the only English-language broadcast network airing first-run scripted programming on Friday nights next season (and may continue to do so for another year or two after that; I think they’ll do well with first-run scripted shows especially if they’re the only network doing so).

Friday nights on ABC, The CW, Fox, and NBC next season will be either reality and/or reruns.

  • r0ckmypants

@chris – Girl Meets World is a Disney Channel pilot, and it hasn’t even been made yet.

  • chris23

I’m not a fan of any show on fridays (I do check in for Shark Tank every now and then) but nice to see stability even if the ratings are low.

CBS started off weaker than expected but has rebuilt the audiences. The 10 PM shows like CSI is doing great, H50 doing good but still down vs last year, Mentalist way down, Vegas wastes a good leadin, Elementary is ok. W/this said I think Compared to other shows during the week CSI NY, a show in its veteran 9th season and Blue Bloods in a young season 3 should be fine w/ all things considered. That is just my opinion.

CW: Nikita, well I wouldn’t be lying if I said I’m not surprised it dipped back to a .4. The Viewers aren’t way down so maybe an uptick is still possible depending on the half hours for the show. I hope it gets a .5, as I am not a Nikita Fan nor hater, but wish CW would see gains on all nights.
Also I would laugh if Carrie Repeat adjusted to a .4 like last week and tying 90210 that is one show that has to go b/c its aired a long 5 seasons viewers should be lucky they got a 5th season.

ABC: Shark Tank does great. I don’t watch this show all the time but I do love the concept and the bickering and competing over signing good deals with the presenters. Comedies are really pathetic. I would say this much though, If renewal is possible Last Man Standing might get renewed but as much as I like Reba from the other show on WB her show needs to go strictly based on ratings! I keep hearing discussions of abc and tgif, it is not going to happen people. 20/20 is cheap and does solid for abc as well as shark tank continuously winning timeslot as well. If anything ABC needs to get the comedies out of 8:00 slots!!!

Fox: I don’t think Kitchen Nightmares will be coming back.

NBC: I could care less about the NAACP, but Grimm needs to come back to Friday Nights and trying to win 9:00 again for the network.

  • DougF

No possible way nikita gets another spot than Friday. It’s either Friday or cancelled.

  • Nick

I can’t believe more people aren’t watching Last Man Standing. It’s a quality sitcom. ABC shouldn’t have moved it from Tuesday – it was doing far better than anything Happy Endings/Apartment 23 have ever done.
