I like how when gas prices spike,and how it becomes such a partisan issue–like during Rep administration 2001-2009,and San Fran Nan marched out on Capital lawn with other Dem leaders demanding investigations in high gas prices–the symbol of the Democratic party is a JACKASS and has never been accused of a long memory.
Good Tuesday Morning Everyone
Welcome to foggy Kentucky this am. How foggy is it you ask? It’s so foggy my dog was running in the back yard and ran into the garage
@Tony
Morning
It isn;t just gas prices that will soon go through the roof, 6-9 months ago all food products on the futures market went sky high, and now those future buys are about to hit the market in a couple of months, and the futures markets have not been going down much. Its about to get ugly.
Maybe thats why all the Gov departments are buying and storing all those hollow points ammo?
@USA8888 Have to agree with SP printing all this money has weaken the dollar, We at all time low againt the euro. thats crazy and sign of big trouble. I know your going to say that makes our exports cheaper, but that did not help GDP last quarter. We dont have inflation, something worst stagflation every going up in prices but wages. The Gov uses what the call core inflation which excludes food and engery (big daily items) so what items are left wages, housing, clothing and health care. Health cost still going up, clothing down cheap imports. wages the same or down and housing which was down big (Now rebounding so prices going up). That’s why their core number seem low. When that core number start rising what will they do, the feds can’t raise rates , if they do the interest payment on the debt wil double or triple. What will our wacky leaders do ?? What the try to do in the 70s price control. Argentina started that yesterday.

Morning
I do remember President Nixon freezing prices because if he didn’t families would not have been able to eat back then. Nixon was alot of things bad, but for a period that freeze worked.
Good Morning. It’s going to be a nice day in Tennessee.

Coffee,
This is from page two in case you missed it. I thought of your brother that died of heart disease the whole time I watched it.
Kudos GE ( I choke as I say it) Everyone should watch this.
This was on Rock Center with Brian Williams a night or so ago….. (just get past the commercial and the interview starts.)

@Coffee Steve–my family has been in restaurant bus for nearly 60 years and I cant believe inflation has not been worse than it is–food wholesale prices continue to rise.
@d.d.
Thank you for that video, I already have a heart rate app on mine, but the future is bright on the potential of that. I sure look forward to not having to go to the office all the time.
@Tony
Me either, I follow the futures a lot and have a long time, there is some speculation that the feds pumping is delaying inflation, but warning, in the long term it could make inflation go hyper and it could happen very quick if the markets panic in any way.
Speaking of Heart apps, time for my first walk of 15 minutes on the treadmill for today
I do 4 reps a day on it, when I can’t walk outside
BBL…
Goooood Morning!!
Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaa NO NEW SNOW this morning!!!! BUT…………if we wait until this afternoon we can get a couple more inches!!!!! oh boy!!!!!!
@Coffee

Heart rate is pretty rudimentary & limited in diagnosis, but , great to monitor exercise.
Not only is this cutting edge for heart patients , but for the 25.8 million people in the United States, or 8.3% of the population, who have diabetes, not having to prick finger or forearm , would be a blessing.

EXCLUSIVE: Justice Department memo reveals legal case for drone strikes on Americans
A confidential Justice Department memo concludes that the U.S. government can order the killing of American citizens if they are believed to be “senior operational leaders” of al-Qaida or “an associated force” — even if there is no intelligence indicating they are engaged in an active plot to attack the U.S.
The 16-page memo, a copy of which was obtained by NBC News, provides new details about the legal reasoning behind one of the Obama administration’s most secretive and controversial polices
Morning
71 here today—
Scary thing about the drones killing Americans with no intelligence. Every American should be up in arms.
Grocery prices are already unbelievable–can’t imagine what it will be when the fed stops pumping.

Yep, I look for apps to really improve on the help they give; I do also take my blood pressure daily and check my blood sugar as well. So far I am still considered a pre-diabetic and have been for 4 years now. I sure have been blessed in that sense.
@Rats
Come on over I ran for 15 minutes and stink pretty good now
@ Coffee Steve

I am on my treadmill everyday also. The tray on the front is a PERFECT fit for a bowl of ice creme and a big glass of pop! I can stand there and eat my ice creme with extra peanut butter and carmel sauce and a little maple syrup while I watch TV. I heard you should not sit and eat cuz it will go to fat……so I STAND!!!
Ya THINK????!!!
