CBS should make it clear: “female” only applies to breasts; all other body parts should concern everyone. Otherwise Hillbilly will think it is OK for him to parade his Greek Adonis body full-Monty at the Grammys. By the way, has anyone figured out who his Greek Adonis is?
I’d guess richard simmons.

Fox Liberal Contributor Kirsten Powers Rips Obama And Other Liberals For Supporting Drone ‘Kill List’
Appearing on Fox’s America Live this afternoon, Fox liberal contributor Kirsten Powers tore into President Obama and her fellow liberals for the inconsistency of defending a drone strike “kill list” while vigorously opposing waterboarding and torture under President George W. Bush.
Powers began the segment by arguing that Obama might be “worse” than Bush on terror policies, because the former is “assassinating American citizens with no due process.” She cited the killing of the 16-year-old, Colorado-born son of Anwar al-Awlaki, who was killed by a drone despite having no evidence of being an Al Qaeda operative. “How is that okay?” she asked.
Co-panelist Monica Crowley chimed in that Bush had received much criticism for his memo providing a legal framework for “enhanced interrogation techniques,” and yet there is a lack of “liberal outrage” over the president’s “kill list.”
Asked to explain how some of her fellow liberals could defend the drone strikes, Powers said, “I can’t. I mean, they’re clearly hypocrites and they clearly don’t care about human rights. They only care if it helps them politically. That’s all I can say. a couple of people are great on this issue.” She cited a few liberals like Glenn Greenwald, who are “consistent” on this issue, but “for the most part it’s despicable.”

@Ratboy,
Fox’s over 200 network affiliates are airing syndicated shows like TMZ and Inside Edition while NBC’s network affiliates pull in upwards of 9 million viewers for its 6:30 pm eastern newscasts. And, judging by your posts, it appears as though Fox News has turned to discussion groups about ratings to disseminate their talking points. Please let me know if you have anything to add to the conversation that is pertinent to the mission of this site.

Gallup : U.S. Job Creation Index Dips to 11-Month Low in January
——————
Obama care is the the most far-reaching piece of legislation to be passed without a single member of Congress having actually read it—indeed not even having been allowed a serious chance to read it—
Many companies, large and small, have pointed to Obamacare explaining that this is why they won’t be hiring, or won’t be hiring nearly as much in 2013 as they would otherwise. Abbott Labs, Boston Scientific, Hill Rom, Welch Allyn, Medtronic,St. Jude Medical , Smith & Nephew,Stryker , Dana Holding Corp, and many other companies have even reported they will be laying off workers directly as a result of Obamacare.
Beyond the complete elimination of a significant number of American jobs is another looming problem created by the health care law – a shift from full-time to part-time workers.
Darden Restaurants
According to the Orlando Sentinel, Darden Restaurants, a casual dining chain best known for their Red Lobster, Olive Garden and LongHorn Steakhouse restaurants, is “experimenting with limiting the hours of some of its workers to avoid health care requirements under the Affordable Care Act when they take effect in 2014″.
JANCOA Janitorial Services
The CEO of JANCOA, Mary Miller, testified to Congress that Obamacare was a “dream killer”, adding that one option she had to consider “is reducing the majority of my team members to part-time employment in order to reduce the amount that I will be penalized.”
Kroger
The American retailer in Cincinnati, Ohio recently was reported to be planning a significant slashing of their hourly workers. Doug Ross writes:
Operative Faith (a mid-level manager with the company) reveals that Kroger will soon join the ranks of Darden Restaurants and slash the hours of its non-exempt (hourly) workers to avoid millions in Obamacare penalties.
According to the source, Obamacare could result in tens of thousands of Kroger employees being limited to working 28 hours per week.
………….and, on & on they go.
@ Michael
FOX network is different and seperate from FOX cable so I am not sure what you are getting at. FOX news MSNBC and CNN are cable news networks. CNN and FOX air some shows that are in fact news broadcasts where as MSNBC sticks to liberal leaning discussion and opinion. This site is a ratings site but this section of the site is the cable news section.
So if you choose to discuss FOX network you should go to Network vs Network and if you choose to discuss cable news you should discuss it here.
Sooooo that being said we here for the most part stay pertinant to the mission of this section of this site although we do tend to get a little deeper into politics rather than just sticking to the ratings.
Thanks for the inquiry and have a nice day.

It’s obvious you’ve never taken a Marketing or Advertising class. The main reason why the 18-49 demo is the most sought after is because that demo spends more money than any other demo. The older generations may have more money in the bank but they tend to save money, whereas the 18-49 demo tends to spend their money more freely. This is common knowledge in the Marketing and Advertising business.
@Raz “So the question comes down to…do you go for the long money or the short money?”
You go with the program that is currently attracting the highest amount of viewers in the demo that spends the most money…that’s the 18-49 demo.

@Cathy
Doug Z calls himself a fiscal conservative + social liberal. I think he’s the one using speech recognition to get comments typed, so there’s the element of the program misunderstanding words he said.
I do not care about any social issues. I think they are are good , but do not cost me money.
@Ratboy
You’re a lost cause, so I’ll save my words. You know what they say…You can’t fix Ratboy.

Our President kills 16 year old American with drones
Of the scores of people dubbed terrorists and taken out by American military drone strikes, three men — all killed in the fall of 2011 — were U.S. citizens.
But the most controversial drone strike took place on Oct. 14, 2011, when 16-year-old Abdulrahman was killed by U.S. forces.
Family of the Denver-born teenager say he had no ties to terrorist organizations and was unjustly targeted because of his father.

Did you guys find out what viewers were important yet?
Mark2 , I do not spend any money, case and point I guess

Not only was George Zimmerman not a racist – he had a black business partner, has Afro-Peruvian roots, and helped out underprivileged black kids in his neighborhood – he also was a supporter of the very president who would later slander him by innuendo. As Robert, George’s brother, told me, George is “a registered Democrat. He registered as a Hispanic. He kind of did some internal campaigning for Obama.”
