I see we’ve got the lefties all shook up tonight;we may see the college Deans building on fire.
Well once again Mark2 has dazzled us all with his brilliance!!!! He has used the WRONG demo, he has used every kind of show EXCEPT cable news, and tried to show that HIS demo gets the most advertising dollar after it was pointed out that FOX gets the most advertising dollar and dominate in the older demo.
This has been another display of the high intellect of Mark2!
He used the wrong demo? 25-54 is the right Demo….
@Ratboy “…FOX gets the most advertising dollar and dominate in the older demo.”
But who cares about the older demo? You’re missing the whole point. Nobody in advertising cares about the older demo. The key demos are the younger demos. Nobody cares what 60, 70, and 80 yr olds are watching. Especially when compared to the 20, 30, 40 yr olds.

Well, I heard a new word today and it totally describes how I feel about politics now–exhaustipated—too tired to give a sh*&%(t.
Finally an honest democrat politician. Keith Ellison said that for Nicholson to pay 64% of his income to the government is fair—sick but at least he has the honesty to say it—the others will never give a number.
****************************************
Actually, if you listen to him…he thinks Ellison isn’t paying enough…and he uses is false argument of a woman on food stamps not having food to eat so Nicholson wouldn’t have to pay even more…

Fox News had its worst prime time ratings in January in the coveted 25-54 demographic since August 2001, a 12-year low, and its lowest total day ratings since June 2008, Politico reports.
The year started off badly for Fox’s “On the Record with Greta Van Susteren” in particular, which suffered its worst month ever among the 25-54 demo. January also saw the channel’s lowest total viewership in the 10 p.m. hour since July 2008.
The numbers weren’t all bad. Fox still had nine out of the top 10 shows for the month. The only program to crack Fox’ total dominance was MSNBC’s “The Rachel Maddow Show” which came in at the 10th spot.
There’s Stan T. The guy that doesn’t know the wording of the 2ND amendment! EVERY listen to him!

Actually, the 18-49 demo is the most important demo on TV. The 2nd most important is the 25-54 demo. Even the Top 100 cable shows are determined by the 18-49 yr old demos. Here take a look:

Maybe you haven’t paid any attention to the unemployment numbers…the young people can’t get jobs..it’s so bad there’s a new game show, and the prize is a minimum wage job…only older people have any money….

Hello!! They earn, spend,,and make the money, they provide all the trends,
If you doubt this then you are simply joking or just retarted.

Come on liberal Jeff and liberal Mark2, Stop throwing facts at Ratboy, it’s not fair for him!
Hey genius Mark2!!
Look at the top of the page! The demo STOPS at 64 NOT 70 or 80!! BUT that demo DOES include 30s and 40′s!
AND the advertisers MUST care about that demo because thy are paying the higher rates to a network that has most of their viewers in that demo!!!!!!!!
You really need to base your defense on the same issues being debated. Oh wait, Stewert and Colbert beat O’Reilly….never mind
@apple. I thought I had heard every JJ song–never heard this one.
One of my favorites—me and probably one other person ????

anyone wanna share their opinion on the drone program killing without due process??
@StanT “Maybe you haven’t paid any attention to the unemployment numbers…the young people can’t get jobs..it’s so bad there’s a new game show, and the prize is a minimum wage job…only older people have any money….”
LMAO…you and Ratboy have a lot of learning to do.
Old people don’t spend money on themselves the way younger people do. Most old people lost their life savings during the Republican crash in 2008. When old people do spend their money, it’s spent on their younger relatives. Yet, another reason why advertisers target the younger demos…they’re the ones asking their parents or grandparents what they want.
You and Ratboy probably never took Marketing and Advertising classes in college, so I won’t hold it against you.
It’s funny how I do not see the liberal ppl in here talking about how much they love or,defend Rachel, Chris, Ed Joe, etc……
But daily the Neo cons post after post after post of love and, defending Oreilley, the idiots on The Five, Limbaugh, Beck etc….
The response from the neo con when you challenge their idols, is like making fun of someone’s girl friend, they get unusually upset and cranky.
“Actually, the 18-49 demo is the most important demo on TV. “
While I will likely regret wading into these comments, news program advertising is priced based on adults 25-54 ratings.
This just in: the GOP is defaulting the elections henceforth in California and New York (other states to follow) because the right wing controlled GOP has been declared a DINOSAUR (and its thinking, too)–the exticnct elephant has been found in the La Brea tar pits… carbon dating is underway now…..more to follow
@Bill “While I will likely regret wading into these comments, news program advertising is priced based on adults 25-54 ratings”
I never said news programs, I said the Top 100 Cable shows are based on the 18-49 demo.
