   @Mike, I WISH they’d do that! Although since they don’t own the rights to the SG franchise I think this is a dream. I’d love it if they’d get busy and negotiate something with MGM though. Perhaps the mediocre ratings for their scripted shows is a bit of karma for how they treated SGA. (At least that’s what I tell myself, heh)

   Wonder if Defiance will be a hit or a flop?

   Terra Nova was a Spielburg production and it got canceled. It had better ratings than Touch, and apparently was even profitable. IMO, Falling Skies just enjoys its “nothing better on” status.

   I’ll probably watch Defiance, but I’m a sucker for scifi. Unfortunately the show looks like a Falling Skies copy with blue Avatar type aliens. However, I have no faith that SyFy will have any faith in the show or ‘treat it right’ as you put it.

   Likely Hoarders’ last episode. Word has it that the show is unlikely going to be renewed for another season.

   I thought it was a good sign when Monday Mornings opened with a Pearl Jam song in the background. But I was wrong. As much as I like the cast, I didn’t love the show. I’ll give it another shot. (At least it ended with the Stones.)

   Dallas bombed even worse than last week. It’s a goner. So is Monday Mornings. Sanjay Gupta should stick to non fiction medical shows.

   SyFy definatly will win back a lot of viewers that just wont watch the network anymore unless they bring back Stargate!
   I can not believe how bad the netowork is doing. they must be getting nervous by now.
   there is no way the network is making mouch money . I am sure they are loosing money on Being Human and they are probally just about breaking even with Lost Girl and Continuum.
   I see there number just getting worse and worse as the seasons go on. I cant even rememeber the last time I have seen a show get over 2 million views!

   When they actually still had an audience they would regularly get ratings over 2 million with some of their scripted show.

   If they were not getting 2 million they were at least getting well over 1.5 ..now the best they can seem to get is just a bit over 1.1-1.2 on a good week. And thats pretty bad and most networks would cancel shows with those kind of numbers but since Syfy hasn’t got any shows besides a bunch of reality garbage they are left with scripted shows that are hanging on by a thread.

   BRING BACK STARGATE !!!!

    I loved Monday Mornings. This has not been my year for TV!! I think about 75% of the shows I’ve started watching since September have flopped.

    Dallas had 1.97 million viewers and a share of 25.4% (14-49)in Germany for the pilot, it dropped in the second week to 1.62/17.8 . Lead in was Bones with 2.36/19.5 (yes, these two shows are over here on the same channel).

    I really loved Monday Mornings. It was different to your typical medical show. I guess as usual new shows i like get cancelled. Whats new.

    TNT will need to keep Dallas as a summer show…It’s a great show, but it can’t compete with the regular season Monday night….too much competition.

    Dallas improved somewhat over the premier week (shew!). After the ending I expect I bigger improvement next week. Go Anne!!!

    TNT got greedy moving “DALLAS” to the regular season when all the other networks air original programming. This series should have stayed a Summer series when little else is on. Only there can it survive. TNT better move it back to Summers pronto or it is going to be canceled. Once JR is killed, who will bother watching anyway?

    @ Mike…What SyFy needs to do is go back to the niche programming the network was designd for, namely SCIENCE FICTION. Maybe even change their name and logo back to Sci-Fi !! I watch NOTHING on this channel anymore since they canceled the “Stargates” and “Battlestar Galactica.” Wrestling and reality programming are NOT “science fiction.”

    It will be interesting to see how this Sunday’s long-overdue airing of the “Battlestar Galactica: Blood & Chrome” prequel pilot does in the ratings. I am betting it does well enough to warrant a series pickup, but SyFy is too cheap and too unfocused on its brand identity to order a series. I wish NBCU would sell the channel to an outlet that actually would go back to Sci-Fi programming!!

    Well, it looks like the possibility Bunheads will be renewed is pretty much 0 now. As for Syfy, I really hope Defiance is going to be good. I used to watch so many of their shows (all the Stargate series, Dune, BSG, Caprica) but all of their recent series have been pretty bad.
