   Wow I was hoping The Americans wouldn’t fall below a 1.0 for episode two. Hopefully it doesn’t fall further, I think this show actually has potential.

   At what point will TBS burn out TBBT – I believe it runs 13 or 14 times a week, which is a lot for only 110 episodes.

   Well obviously The Americans wasn’t going to beat their premiere numbers. Regardless, there’s still time for the numbers to go up and the critics all seem to really enjoy this show so I’m hoping this gets more people to tune in. It really is a great show.

    I believe that’s the last airing of CSI: NY on TNT for now while encores of Southland, Boston’s Finest etc. take over the 11pm (and onwards) slot.

    TNT did the right thing scrapping Las Vegas, The Closer, and others in the afternoon. Bones is doing well in the afternoon despite having so-so ratings in primetime late last year; thus Castle replaced it.

    I dunno, Seinfeld and Friends lasted 10-15 years in most markets.

    I think TBS is aware of the issue of burning out TBBT, which is likely the reason they are cutting back to launch original programming off the back of it (e.g. Cougar Town and King of the Nerds).

    Fanily Guy & TBBT is dominating cable every night. Turner Broadcasting Inc knew what these was doing when they syndicated these shows. Mnind you all episodes has been seen about thousands of time but they have a loyal fanbase.

    Americans haven’t seen it but is it good. I always wanted to check it out.
