Modern Family SUCKS! I’m glad it’s falling.

  • Wright

    Yes!!! SPN adjusted up.

  • FaceForDarkness89

Oddly I had a weird feeling that SPN was going to adjust down this week. Glad to see I’m wrong. This is the first time in my life for that by the way, and it’s a very strange feeling indeed.

American Idol dont even adjust up anymore.

  • Oliver

Is it me, or have The CW’s ratings gone up practically across the board this week?

I wonder if we’re seeing a quirk in Nielsen’s audience sample.

  • John A

Is that a Season high for Spn? Against Idol is great.

  • Alfred

The Neighbors is a HIT! Will be renewed.

  • rob60990

I can’t wait to see Whitney cancelled. Whitney Cummings needs to just stick with 2 Broke Girls. Her comedy & talk show are huge flops.

  • Leondre

I think the middle will see a nice bump from sydication in the fall. I not so sure about Modern Family, but hopefully both shows will see a nice bump.

Didn’t The Big Bang Theory fall in it’s fourth season before boucing back in it’s fifth season?

  • Billy

The Big Bang Theory fell due to a time slot change. It moved from Mondays at 9:30 to Thursday at 8:00. Lower rated time and no lead in. That is why it fell. Modern Family is in the same time slot.

  • rob60990

LMAO at the delusional Whitney fans. Whitney will be cancelled. Her show got renewed at the last minute. ABC’s The Middle & Modern Family will be around for years.

“Didn’t The Big Bang Theory fall in it’s fourth season before boucing back in it’s fifth season?”

It fell when it moved to Thursdays but recovered after it went into syndication.

  • Billy

I expect lower ratings across the board again tomorrow for the Thursday shows. Much of the Northeast including NYC and Boston are under Blizzard Warnings for tomorrow. That means people will be out tonight gathering groceries and other items and not watching TV. I fully expect lower ratings tomorrow.

Yay for Supernatural! So happy to see it back up to a 1.0! They should’ve introduced the Men of Letters storyline much sooner! A great direction to take the show!

  • RandyL

Nashville isn’t certain renewal anymore, is it? Nashville and The Neighbors are Toss-Up at best. The Neighbors is more likely to be cancelled than the Friday comedies and Nashville is far far more likely to be cancelled than Revenge or Scandal, and in a few weeks Body of Proof will likely be beating it as well.

Great to see Arrow keep that 1.0 and even better to Super Natural go up to a 1.0. It has been a few episodes since it got a 1.0. Great night for the CW.

  • Tessa

Wow, look at those Supernatural numbers. Looks like those viewers from Netflix are finally caught up. Or it could be the PCA’s since that was what gave POI a boost last year.

I’m not too surprised that Supernatural skews young even though it is an 8 year old show. It is a big name in the fandom side of the social media network Tumblr, which crawls with teens and young adults. It’s not uncommon to see, among pictures of people tearing up their journals and painting their toe nails black, pictures of the show’s leads and the multiple “ships” they represent. It’s almost a brand new facelift for the show.

I am worried for modern family is this the first time it went below a 4.0

  • Carmen

    @ Darren Tyson
“NBC eventually is going to pickup with their comedy block and they’ll be taking over the night in 2-3 years.”

And your evidence for this conclusion is based upon what exactly?

    1) the success NBC has demonstrated over the past 3-4 years with their comedy shows?

or 2) That you are an NBC cheerleader?

  • Bobby

    Happy for Chicago Fire!

  • Bri

Nice to see Criminal Minds adjusted up. They had one of their best episode ever.

Weird to see Modern Family go down and under 10 million viewers.

The POI rerun did less than a CM rerun that was shown in that timeslot a few weeks ago.

SVU got its worse (I think) numbers ever. What was casting and NBC thinking getting a convicted rapist on the show? I sure will never watch that episode!

Glad Chicago Fire did good(for NBC) numbers. Not a bad show at all.

Happy to see Idol down, hope The Big Bang Theory will kick its ass tonight! Go BBT!!!
