BUT BUT BUT………..Nancy Pelosi said again yesterday that we DONT HAVE a spending problem!!!!!
Good Morning Everyone
Hope your weekend was as fantastic as mine.
@d.d.
Good for Ford, hopefully thats a very good sign of the auto industry improving.
One word of caution though, the futures market on energy and food are going through the roof again, they are expecting inflation to hit around summer of this year now, and if the drought continues this year look out.
@Ratboy
BUT BUT BUT………..Nancy Pelosi said again yesterday that we DONT HAVE a spending problem!!!!!
I heard they were trying to commit her to a mental hospital but none of them would take her
This really did happen, we have an asteriod that will come very close to earth and may even hit some communication sats and interupt cell phone service and CNN?

Welcome to silly season
BBL…school is starting
@USA8888 Wasn’t that 800 billion stimulus for shovel ready project, to make sure unemployment wouldn’t go over 8% and would be under 6% by now ? Isnt the president suppose to submit a quartetly report how money was spent and how many jobs it created ?? I beleive he hasn’t done one in almost two years. They dont talk about stimulus anymore new buzz word is investemnts in green energy, education, roads, and bridge. Raise more moeny then spent more then you raised. Congress needs an A&E intervention have Dave Ramsey go up show them and get them to admit they have a spending problem.

Just saw this in the paper yesterday… saved it to needle Jeff.
Hmmmm……….
The dirty side of clean solar energy
MSNBC
State records obtained by The Associated Press show that 17 companies with 44 manufacturing facilities in California produced 46.5 million pounds of hazardous waste from 2007 through the first half of 2011.
Roughly 97 percent of it was taken to in-state waste facilities, but more than 1.4 million pounds was transported out of state, as far away as Rhode Island.
Also, people are complaining about the glint and glare from photovoltaic modules, concentrating solar collectors, receivers, and other components . There is increased attention of potential hazard or distraction for pilots, air-traffic control personnel, motorists, and residents.

Well, the Wash. Post has finally reported the 29 year old woman who died of a late term ab*rtion. She was 33 weeks along. This isn’t the first death from this doctor. To see an infant at 33 weeks :

The young lady’s obit. said mother & child & the child had a name.
But the King will tell us all tomorrow night that everything is GREAT and looking better EVERYDAY!!!! (by the way I will not be watching the BS and blame game)
STATE OF THE UNION: China Eclipses USA as Biggest Trading Nation…
America owes communists $1.2 Trillion…
Dont you just love the lefties posts who are all aboard for Obamas Drone Program;remember Bush Cheney and their interrogations all the hand ringing by the Liberal world and MSNBC OH NO TORTURE!!They are waterboarding people OH My!Idiots! As if terrorists would rather have a blank pound Drone disintegrate them, then have a priest baptize them for a few hours.Dont kid yourselves these lefties championing Obamas icing of terrorists would be screaming “THIS IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL”if a Rep was in the OVAL office.
How delusional these Libs who say the economy is getting better;they know better–I remember when Bush was Pres, the GDP was growing consistently but unemployment was having trouble going below 6.0–the left said “this is a jobless recovery”–with Obama its jobless and no recovery.Instead of blaming congress for not wanting to just waste money and throw it at a wall to see what sticks–try thinking first before we spend.
The Holy Father is stepping down. Considering this has not happened in 600 years, guess the protocal would be a little fuzzy.

Doing my part to keep our ‘Resident Featherweight’ usa8888 informed.
This factoid is pretty sad. Our US society in a nutshell: Chris Dorner has been around for a week and has 222 million results on Google; the Federal Reserve has been around for one hundred years and has 187 million results.
According to the World Bank, U.S. GDP accounted for 31.8 percent of all global economic activity in 2001. That number dropped to 21.6 percent in 2011. That is not just a decline – that is a nightmarish freefall.
We are becoming less competitive as a nation with each passing year. In fact, the U.S. has fallen in the global economic competitiveness rankings compiled by the World Economic Forum for four years in a row.
Most Americans don’t understand this, but the United States buys far more from the rest of the world than they buy from us each year. In 2012, we had a trade deficit of more than 500 billion dollars with the rest of the world.
That means that more than 500 billion dollars that could have gone to U.S. workers and U.S. businesses went out of the country instead.
So how does our country survive if hundreds of billions of dollars more is flowing out of the country than is flowing into it?
Well, to make up the shortfall we go to the countries that we sent our money to and we beg them to lend it back to us. If that doesn’t work, we just print and borrow even more money.
In 2012, our trade deficit with China was 315 billion dollars. That was the largest trade deficit that one nation has had with another nation in the history of the world.
During 2010, manufacturing facilities in the United States were shutting down at a rate of 23 per day. How can anyone say that “things are getting better” when our economic infrastructure is being absolutely gutted ?
@ Coffee dude
You should be REAL proud of me!! I got a call on Friday from a young exec I used to work with (I trained him and then he went wizzing past all of us) and is now the COE of a large small national company. he said he and his wife wer in the area for family stuff and wanted to have dinner on Sat. During dinner he offered me a job! I turned it down! he started with an asstounding offer which then moved to obscene and then went to utterly insane! I turned it down! I actually though of you and some of the things you have told me and I decided that i am not going back to that life.!!!
PS when I start kicking myself for turning down that kind of coin I am blaming YOU!!!!!
Obamacare is unraveling…even those that rejoiced are now rueing the day…state by state the wheels are coming off…the end result>> less people insured for more money than before with less doctors to help with care and those that previously had healthcare will now lose it….An Obama abamination….
Good Morning Everyone.
It’s nice to see you Ratboy.
The loons were pretty loony over the weekend.
It is nice hearing Obama and the democrats telling everyone Washington doesn’t have a spending problem. We will see how brainwashed people in our country are by the end of the week.
Federal sales tax? Yep, we learn from history in this country. Increasing taxes help the economy, not.

O’Reilly ended up screwing the pooch once again last night by saying that he never said what he actually said on Wednesday…go figure.
I know you think BHO should kill 16 year old kids that are citizens of the US with drones. Is this not murder.
USA, Mark2, Jeff
Lets all go spending today and save the country. Make sure you buy China made.
