Nielsen TV Ratings: ©2013 The Nielsen Company. All Rights Reserved.

NOTE: All ratings are "live plus same day" from Nielsen Media Research unless otherwise indicated.

Rating: Estimated percentage of the universe of TV households (or other specified group) tuned to a program in the average minute. Ratings are expressed as a percent.  More information on ratings is available here.

Share (of Audience): The percent of households (or persons) using television who are tuned to a specific program, station or network in a specific area at a specific time. (See also, Rating, which represents tuning or viewing as a percent of the entire population being measured.)

Fast Affiliate Ratings: These first national ratings, including demographics, are available at approximately 11 AM (ET) the day after telecast, and are released to subscribing customers daily. These data, from the National People Meter sample, are strictly time-period information, based on the normal broadcast network feed, and include all programming on the affiliated stations, sometimes including network programming, sometimes not. The figures may include stations that did not air the entire network feed, as well as local news breaks or cutaways for local coverage or other programming. Fast Affiliate ratings are not as useful for live programs and are likely to differ significantly from the final results, because the data reflect normal broadcast feed patterns. For example, with a World Series game, Fast Affiliate Ratings would include whatever aired from 8-11PM on affiliates in the Pacific Time Zone, following the live football game, but not game coverage that begins at 5PM PT. The same would be true of Presidential debates as well as live award shows and breaking news reports.

Time Shifted Viewing – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+Same Day (Live+SD) include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.

“Did Nikita reach 1.0 in its first season? Wasn’t Nikita out of Fridays theb shipped to Fridays due to low ratings? Sorry, I’m not really aware of the show’s history.

Nikita fans should not celebrate yet. It might be inflated.”

    1×01 1.4
    1×02 1.1
    1×03 1.0
    1×04 1.1
    1×05 1.1
    1×06 1.0
    1×07 1.0

So to answer your question, yes it did reach 1.0 during S1… lol

  • Felipe

Half Hours for Nikita: It had 1.48 Million and 0.6 demo then dropped to 1.37 million and 0.5 demo.

    Good to hear it ?

  • David Howell

There’s no place for Nightline on Friday unless TGIF is gone, and LMS has the ratings for renewal so it’s not. I think you’re right about Thursday 8, and would be surprised if ABC don’t put it there long term. Why get an expensive 1.0 in arguably TV’s toughest timeslot when you can get a cheap 1.0?

  • Charmed

Wow, Nikita’s ratings are actually kind of decent!

  • Petar Ivanov

So we have new rule super bowl will kill you or won’t help….at least for cbs.. Not only super bowl lead out don’t help but all these promotion on Monday block, 2BG, The Job etc failed. Only TBBT get boost from super bowl. Survivor turn.

  • Mon

    TGW is already renew

I hope it’s not for a full season. It has stayed on air for too long it’s too ridiculous.

  • John A

Yeah Nikita aint the lowest its only the 2nd lowest on CW LOL.

  • Cyrax86

TGIF is presumed to be ending in 6 weeks.

  • Petar Ivanov

@Clearly The Job won’t replace UB long-term. CBS scripted failure in the Friday 8pm hour will presumably resume in earnest in the fall. Are any of their “we only make money from selling these shows, not from the commercials on first airing” bubble shows 8pm-suitable?

CBS can easly put both Vegas and golden boy on friday till end of season. NCIS or POI reruns will match both shows ratings on tuesday at 10.

  • John A

Why is Nikita a repeat next week? Its already a few episodes behind other shows on CW.

  • Dave

The CW is airing a movie called Paper Hearts for Valentines Day.

  • Petar Ivanov

@I hope it’s not for a full season. It has stayed on air for too long it’s too ridiculous

Well although i agree with you but TGW(like Elementary and other CBS studio shows) is CBS baby. So it can go at leatst 2-3 moe seasons if CBS make money from it in syndication and better shows like CSI Miami or TM to be cancel.

  • Dan S

I was wondering the same thing about Nikita. We’re in the middle of sweeps & they’re putting in a rerun next week. Makes no sense. I see The Job premieres to the same 0.9 as DNH did. 1 more episode & it’s gone or do they pull it now ?

  • Dave

The CWs Tueaday lineup will also be preempted for a Valentines movie as well.

  • psychic

Good. Touch, keep losing your ratings and get out. You’re an embarrassment to Jack Bauer.

How do you know TGW is Renewed ?

  • Nick

  • Brandy

@DM, total viewers dont matter, and now Emily Owens MD is gone Nikita is still the lowest rated show as 90210 did get a few 0.5_&0.6, better than Nikita which has two 0.5 only if this one holds in finals & no 0.6.ut tied when theyre at 0.4.Its pathetic that Nikita is getting the same 0.4 as five and six year old shows in only second and third season. If Nikita adjusts down, it and 90210 will tie at 0.4 this week.I expect its ratings to crash in a month and on cause of DST, early spring and the fact it alwsys drops in spring.
No airing two original episodes during Nov and Feb sweeps is not a good sign.

  • Mon

    … etc

You mean it went down 1.0 after that?
