    @Ricky
    You won’t be sorry – I’m on season 3 now and am really enjoying the show. I skipped ahead on Wikiquotes to get more quotes from the rest of the series’ run, and I’m still hearing quotes in episodes I’m watching that are great but weren’t posted on that site. Martin Sheen played a liberal Democratic president, and I’m not liberal or Democrat (nor am I Republican…I’m more of a moderate) so I only disagree with a tiny bit of the show’s policy stuff (but back when it originally aired, had I watched I probably would have agreed more) – on the whole it’s a great show no matter what your political preference. Funny a lot of the time (the West Wing White House staff are hilarious IMO…Bradley Whitford, Richard Schiff, Rob Lowe and Allison Janney….also Dule Hill from Psych is good here, along with several others. Oh, and the actress who plays the Chief on Psych played Sheen’s secretary in flashback scenes when she was younger; I watched that episode yesterday), dramatic when it needs to be, and very informational. I know in the later seasons others run for President and it most likely ends with the end of Martin Sheen’s President Bartlet’s term (1 or 2 I don’t know yet, or else I can’t reveal lest I spoil it anyway). I never watched the show when it aired but I’d heard it was good (and won tons of awards).

    Anyway, I’ll vote next – a bit late tonight but I’m leaving for Disney World early tomorrow morning and won’t be back until Monday night. So I won’t vote again until Monday night or Tuesday morning. By then maybe all my shows will have lost (or won, lol).

    From Torchwood 1.05 “Small Worlds” –
    Jack: She calls them fairies; I don’t.
    Gwen: What do you call them?
    Jack: Never really had a proper name.
    Gwen: Why not?
    Jack: Something from the dawn of time, how could you possibly put a name to that?
    Gwen: Are we talking alien?
    Jack: Worse.
    Gwen: How come?
    Jack: Because they’re part of us. Part of our world, yet we know nothing about them. So we pretend to know what they look like. We see them as happy, we imagine they have tiny little wings and are bathed in moonlight.
    Gwen: But they’re not?
    Jack: No. Think dangerous. Think something you can only half-see, like a glimpse, like something out of the corner of your eye. With a touch of myth, a touch of the spirit world, a touch of reality all jumbled together, old moments and memories that are frozen in amongst it. Like debris, spinning around a ring planet, tossing, turning, whirling…backwards and forwards through time.
