    Can we say overexposure?

  • JR35

Well, she is a big-name, and has been very successful, So, “superstar” fits her.

  • Brian

She is such a Fake..Media Hoe as well sooooo overrated!

  • TV Gord

She’s a superstar in waiting. She’s on her way, but she hasn’t earned it yet.

  • terz

There’s never been a bigger superstar in the music business except maybe elvis and the beatles. those are the only other 2 in her league.

  • jamie

@Brian, oh please. She’s actually classy and talented. Better her than a talentless, classless scumbag like Rihanna.

  • TerryJacksonNYC

I’m not a huge fan, but anybody who says she isn’t a superstar is either not tapped into the zeitgeist or just has a really twisted idea of what a “superstar” is.

  • TV Gord

Judging by the number of message boards where people said they didn’t recognize more than two or three of the songs she performed at the Super Bowl, she’s not a superstar. Elvis or The Beatles or Madonna, you would know all of their songs. She’s a major talent, but she hasn’t reached superstardom. It’s not a slight. It’s just a fact.

  • Ben

Elvis, The Beatles, Madonna, The Rolling Stones, The Who, Elton John, The Bee Gees, The Jackson Family, Frank Sinatra, Judy Garland, Diana Ross and The Supremes, The Beach Boys; there have been plenty of musicians bigger than Beyonce.
Beyonce Is a Superstar, but, she is far from being one of the biggest in the history of popular music since the start of the Rock and Roll era in the 1950’s.
