As gasoline gets to $6 to $7 dollars the Fed will have to stop printing in order to avoid a Depression. As the Fed prints the Markets go higher and so does OIL with it. I would be in oil long here until the collapes. After the collapes oil or gasoline with be back to $1.50 gallon and the recovery will start.

Illegal immigrant tells Congress not to call him illegal
Jose Antonio Vargas, an illegal immigrant and former reporter, scolded a congressional panel on Wednesday, saying that he should not be called illegal, and saying it is an insult to his family who brought him here.
“When you inaccurately call me illegal, you not only dehumanize me, you’re offending them,” he said. “No human being is illegal.”

NBC News Dogwhistles Hispanic Rubio as ‘Primitive,’ ‘Juvenile’
Obviously, Chris Matthews is sending coded racial messages to the worst elements of the Democratic party who see Hispanics as subhuman, uneducated, and good for nothing more than mowing a lawn.
Why Matthews man still has a job this morning is beyond me.
Their rules. Not ours.
I’ve been watching the Treasury Secretary Confirmation hearing for Jack Lew. He’s been doing a pretty good job of answering most questions but he did look like a “deer in the headlights” when asked about several issues.
1. When confronted with the fact that he was the person who suggested Sequester. His answer was that it was
not that simple.
2. He could not answer why the Legislative branch of the government came under the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) but the Executive branch was excluded.
3. He was asked about his role on Sept. 11 regarding the briefing of the President during the Bengazi attack. He could not give an answer yet he is the Chief-of-Staff.
“The grammar police are at it again.”
And then he immediately goes on to state that the GOP will continue to “loose” elections.
@Jeff, Have you ever worked a min wage job? If so how did you get a better job?
Someone making min wage is not in the middle class. Raising it to $9 isn’t going to make them middle class every, it’s only $19,000 a year. These are jobs for teenagers while they are in high school or going to college. Min wage is a starting wage, something you get when you have no skills.
History shows us that an increase in min wage causes a decrease in jobs. The min wage increase in the 1970′s caused 86% of car hop restaurant to eliminate the car hops and add drive thru and walk up windows, thousands lost their jobs. The min wage increase in the 1980′s brought as the self-serve gas stations. Again thousands lost their jobs.
Is it better to make $7.40 an hour or to have the job eliminated? If we increase the min wage retail stores will go to having all self-serve checkout lanes eliminating thousands of jobs.
The higher the min wage, the more businesses look at ways to eliminate these jobs.
In the cases that jobs aren’t eliminated. The business has to increase prices of their products. A 22% increase in salary cost is going to cause a 22% increase in product cost.
The money has to come from somewhere.
We shouldn’t focus on increasing the min wage, but on getting people skills training for TRUE middle class jobs.

You know I am an extreme right wing Neocon. None of this is true for they have always raised min. wage in the past in good time. There is a 1 to 1 correlation to better Economy and raising min. wage. I just hate lies by both sides.
This is correlation without causation anyway.I wish the right would not lies tooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!

Rush always said I would not be able to buy a pizza if they raised min wage.Did not happen.
I just want everybody to tell the truth

Say What?? ….gas prices are being artifically forced up by closing of refineries.. fed printing money is not the cause of markets going up, it’s record PROFITS. And your comment about the recovery starting after gas is $1.50 is completely ludicrous. Suggest you go back to college….soon natural gas will be supplanting oil and gas….

I told you guys!!!!! LAND OF FRUITS AND NUTS!!!!!!!
Since I’m from Michigan Ratturd and am aware of what lingers in the south west trailer parks where you lurch about,
the land of Beer Bibles guns and porno mags. What a douche!!
@Cathy, many moons ago I started in a dime store, then fast food, to answer your question regarding minimum wage.
@Doug Z, It’s impossible to debate your comments when arithmetic is not a Fox deluded Republican strong point. Matter of fact in your world a tax cut for the wealthy still generates revenue somehow…..WTF?
How about 1 million people earning 9 bucks an hour spending a much greater percentage of their income to “get buy” generates more economic stimulus than….
1 millionaire that’s sticks his money in the bank and or spends far less of a percentage of their income Which is a factor of our current economic mess. When will you Fox-tards realize TRICKLE DOWN never TRICKLES!!
Jeff
I know just raise taxes 42% or cut spending by 42% and the budget will be balanced.

there are some real dimwits around! SW Michigan – Whirlpool, Stryker, Pfizer, Kellogg, Post, Eaton, Denso, Summit Polymers, to name a few!
Cant fix stupid!
The right fringe continues to push the tired old backward philosophy that would send the country into depression (i.e., let the economy collapse and pick up the pieces). Did you see W. C. Fields prompting Rubio last night–which shell is the repackaged fringe philosophy under this time? This is good for the dems because it ensures more dem votes in the 2014 election and election of another dem pres in 2016…but how can the right continue to do what the American people don’t want????
