Nielsen TV Ratings: ©2013 The Nielsen Company. All Rights Reserved.

Fast Affiliate Ratings: These first national ratings, including demographics, are available at approximately 11 AM (ET) the day after telecast, and are released to subscribing customers daily. These data, from the National People Meter sample, are strictly time-period information, based on the normal broadcast network feed, and include all programming on the affiliated stations, sometimes including network programming, sometimes not. The figures may include stations that did not air the entire network feed, as well as local news breaks or cutaways for local coverage or other programming. Fast Affiliate ratings are not as useful for live programs and are likely to differ significantly from the final results, because the data reflect normal broadcast feed patterns. For example, with a World Series game, Fast Affiliate Ratings would include whatever aired from 8-11PM on affiliates in the Pacific Time Zone, following the live football game, but not game coverage that begins at 5PM PT. The same would be true of Presidential debates as well as live award shows and breaking news reports.

Rating: Estimated percentage of the universe of TV households (or other specified group) tuned to a program in the average minute. Ratings are expressed as a percent.

Share (of Audience): The percent of households (or persons) using television who are tuned to a specific program, station or network in a specific area at a specific time. (See also, Rating, which represents tuning or viewing as a percent of the entire population being measured.)

Time Shifted Viewing – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+Same Day (Live+SD) include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.

LOL @ Batb retards dropping in to babble aboutthe PCAs again. That sh*t ain’t flying, especially with the Cw. Stop making fools out of yourselves,TCD has better chances.

  • MichaelChickless

Dang it, I again forgot to watch Dallas last night.

  • Petar Ivanov

I agree. I expect GoT to be big on return too. Not like TWD, but big enough.

  • Deo

As a great fan of the show, I´m glad that Castle went up, but as much as I would love it stays at 2.0, I´m sure it´ll adjust down, sadly:( Anyway, I can´t wait for the two parter, looks amazing:)

And H50 surely will adjust up, as always (there must be a rule saying so, ha ha):)
And I also believe Bones and HIMYM will adjust up (btw, I like both)…

  • Skylar James

How do BATB’s ratings compare to TSC’s ratings per episode? Maybe that could be a good indication to see if it gets renewed or not

  • SarahL

    @John A

I think that Lyndsy Fonseca is okay most of the time. It is Maggie Q who is the horrible actress. And what the heck has happened to Shane West? He was a good actor on ER. TheCW bad acting curse must have rubbed off on him.

  • Petar Ivanov

2BG is really down this season.(sitcoms are not so hot) Still great, but wasn’t expected this dip. I saw in CBS page that HIMYM is beating 2BG ratings with very litle which is big surprise for me. With the voice return expect a lot of trouble and even may be 2s for 2BG and low 2s for M and M. M and M for CBS sitcoms is really low numbers. May be M and M need most TBBT lead-in. If TAHM ended M and M should take that slot.

  • Lauren

What the hell is wrong with you?

It’s not JUST about ratings! BATB made 2,78 millions for its pilot and 1,2 on the demo. Last episode made 1,48 million and 0,6. THAT’S NOT GOOD!!!

Do you think for TheCW, what’s important is BATB made 100 000 or 200 000 viewers more than Carrie Diaries or Hart Of Dixie? with the same number on the demo? NO!! The important is BATB lost the half of its audience, exactly like Secret Circle did!

Have same ratings than Hart Of Dixie or Carrie Diaries when Vampire Diaries is your lead-in, it’s not great, it’s pathetic! Especially with all the promotion (Dixie has nothing)

And stop with the PCA, you’re embarassing yourself. An award means nothing, Ringer won four last year + you can vote all you want for PCA, just need to create an email adress. It’s easy to win! (same for polls trolled by BATB fans “Beasties” LMFAO!!!!!! )

I’ve nothing against the show but I want it to be cancelled because I just can’t with BATB fans’ craziness. You’re cleary not helping your show.

sad to see the numbers for the following, enjoying it a lot. Guess people don’t like shows that make them pay attention and watch every week anymore.

  • Mark

They should just move it to FX now and try to save it, obviously it won’t make it on network tv flooded with crappy shows.

  • Lara

Mark my words, 90210 will be renewed for a final season in the Fall regardless of how low it falls.

  • Petar Ivanov

    @Mark who said:

Bacon is expensive actor for fx. And the following is not dead yet. I really think that this show can take fringe place on fridays. As TV by the numbers wrote it on fox page touch is certain to be cancel so free spot there. Its heavy serialized and is WB show which can be problem. But WB already sell it to netflix so this can help too. But the show is NOT dead…..yet.

  • shawn

I think The Following will be fine. It still gained from Bones, and it is still well above a 2.0 after four episodes. I look for it to stabalize between a 2.0 and a 2.3 which would get it renewed for next season. It is written SO WELL. People are stupid for not checking it out, especially with some of the crap that is on tv.

  • AJ

As much as I’m a fan of 90210, I do think that its ratings at this point are not worthy of a renewal. If I was running the CW, I would cancel it (with maybe the possibility for a summer run of 10-13 episodes). Honestly, nothing does well in the summers for the CW so they don’t really have anything to lose by doing a summer run of 10 or episodes.. Its not like there is anything else they would air that would do any better. This is the only way I see 90210 getting past the current season and episode order they have.

Also, the Following’s drop is very worrying, but I hope that word of mouth will cause it to at least stableize it.. Even against the voice, I feel like the audiences would be very different, so it might now drop that much, if at all.

Also, HIMYM’s numbers are still good, even though it dropped quite a bit. It still got better ratings then other episodes from this season, and the ratings for that show always drop in late winter/early spring. Plus, its already renewed so debating about its ratings is really pointless now.

  • Joseph

The “90210” finale should feature someone knocking the door of every character’s home.

The one knocking the door turns out to be the Cancellation Bear, who then devours every character, one-by-one, until there is no one left.

    b) I wish words were enough to convince these crazy “Beasties” the show winning a PCA and performing at the same level as a sophomore show with no lead-in, while it has the best lead-in the CW can provide spells trouble. It’s not. Funny we have two shows about crazed cult fans this year, but Batb seems to be only one truly producing one.

  • Win

I love 90210. but that sir…you are truly winning.(no sarcasm)
    best comment of the day.

  • Mark

I started out really liking the Following since it was unique. I didn’t get to watch last night but not too upset about it. It gets frustrating watching the same thing over and over. The “cult” does something and then the cops show up or realize it a minute too late. Eventually, you would think the “experts” would catch up with at least one member of the “following”.

  • SMG4E

Awesome to see Deception up! It’s a pretty good show!

  • Mike

I think that the dream that H50 was going to get better numbers while Revolution was out, is gone. A 2.1 for CBS is a disaster. This show has lost the viewers forever. Elementary got a 2.2 last week but at least it was against Scandal that got a 2.8. H50 has no excuse.
A show with bad acting never lasts. Eye candy never last, people get tired of just looking, H50 is a clear example of this. And that’s why POI is getting stronger. Same may happen with Elementary next season.
