Nielsen TV Ratings: ©2013 The Nielsen Company. All Rights Reserved.

Fast Affiliate Ratings: These first national ratings, including demographics, are available at approximately 11 AM (ET) the day after telecast, and are released to subscribing customers daily. These data, from the National People Meter sample, are strictly time-period information, based on the normal broadcast network feed, and include all programming on the affiliated stations, sometimes including network programming, sometimes not. The figures may include stations that did not air the entire network feed, as well as local news breaks or cutaways for local coverage or other programming. Fast Affiliate ratings are not as useful for live programs and are likely to differ significantly from the final results, because the data reflect normal broadcast feed patterns. For example, with a World Series game, Fast Affiliate Ratings would include whatever aired from 8-11PM on affiliates in the Pacific Time Zone, following the live football game, but not game coverage that begins at 5PM PT. The same would be true of Presidential debates as well as live award shows and breaking news reports.

Rating: Estimated percentage of the universe of TV households (or other specified group) tuned to a program in the average minute. Ratings are expressed as a percent.

Share (of Audience): The percent of households (or persons) using television who are tuned to a specific program, station or network in a specific area at a specific time. (See also, Rating, which represents tuning or viewing as a percent of the entire population being measured.)

Time Shifted Viewing – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+Same Day (Live+SD) include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.

    @Alcatraz Week 4: .5 drop from 2.8 to 2.3
    Following Week 4: .5 drop from 2.9 to 2.4

But Alkatraz was already against The voice BOOST from sunday super bowl. Is not the same. Alkatraz and tera nova were good shows waaay better than anything on fox scripted now.

  • Billy

I wouldn’t hold my breath waiting for a renewal for ROE. Patrick Warburton has already moved on. He is starring and producing a new pilot for CBS next fall. CBS is ready to move on to some new sitcoms. TBBT repeats put up higher numbers than these numbers.

  • Mark

Tonight we get the state of the union speech. I can some up it up liek this. The state of the union sucks the economy sucks. Congress will argue about it talk a good talk and accomplish nothing. In a year things will be worse then the are now.

  • RyanCanada

    RIP 90210

  • JimTV!!!

Why doesn’t the CW just give 90210 a short summer run of 6-8 episodes. That way they will have something to fill a summer spot with and will give the 90210 fans the final season they want. This is the only thing I could see happening, because with these ratings 90210 doesn’t deserve a fall or midseason spot. What are ya’lls thoughts on this?

  • Roswell

@s0303 you realize 90210 used to pull in some of the best numbers for the CW right? If anything BATB should be canceled a 0.6 is pathetic I bet it’s gonna get a 0.4 this week! Follows the CWs best show and can barely get “decent” numbers. I’m not by any means excusing those sad rating for 90210 but as a long fan surely a final season is better than a second season of BATB ha

    90210 is DEAD. DEAD. DEAD.

  • Hi

    Viewers: 671,000 (#5), A18-49: 0.3/ 1

    Sorry, will stay .3

  • Mari

I’m glad Castle is up. Last night’s episode was great.

  • WoWza

Goodbye Following? I laugh at that. Its still doing fine.

  • TerryJacksonNYC

OMG with the people saying “bring back Terra Nova.” I mean, really. Jee zuss.

I love the pic used in the post. It’s sort of funny to look at Kevin Bacon’s sad face. I’m not sure there is any reason to be sad… yet. I do think the ratings will be ugly when in four weeks, after the clock changes. Still, this show is getting renewed. I don’t think it’ll move to Fridays, though, because why would they put a show that is as expensive as this likely is on a night when it won’t get past 1.1? Why? If they’re going to do that, they might as well renew the DOA Touch.

  • Patrick Gillease

    @ BigBrotherFan…What’s 90210?S SPECIAL FLOP NAME?

    How about 9021Over-and-OUT!

  • Skylar James

90210 needs to go really. This season was better than the previous season but clearly most people have moved on.

ABC finishing second on a Monday, who knew. The Bachelor is far stronger than DWTS nowadays, its doing incredibly well for them

  • HalCapone

“Following” say hello to “Alcatraz” which is holding a spot for you in cancellationville. Fox woes continue unabated–sorry Rupert.

Must have been a little Monday post Super Bowl bump for CBS last week. Good night last night for ABC, though–The Bachelor is workhorse for the network.

  • Nicolas

What happened last night that all shows dropped?

  • Ultima

You mean, theoretically, you could find out the ratings, write a comment, and simply wait for them to be posted here so you could be the first comment…. Gee… I wonder if anyone has thought of doing that for say, the Sunday ratings post?

    Now that’s crazy talk! ;)

  • DenverDean

90210 needs neither a “finale” or a wrap season. It’s a soap, things can end on a cliffhanger – especially if you following the old adage, “If a tree falls….” 90210 was hardly a signature show like OTH or GG. Let it disappear in peace.

  • WoWza

The Following can drop another .2 and still be renewed. Also, it could be adjusted up.

Everything was down yesterday except the already cancelled deception.

  • Billy

The Following is far from done, but it better stop the bleeding fast. It is headed in the wrong direction. Don’t forget more competition is coming from The Voice. It better stop dropping now.

  • Cara

I’m glad that CBS still did well across the board! Great comedies and drama!
