Fast Affiliate Ratings: These first national ratings, including demographics, are available at approximately 11 AM (ET) the day after telecast, and are released to subscribing customers daily. These data, from the National People Meter sample, are strictly time-period information, based on the normal broadcast network feed, and include all programming on the affiliated stations, sometimes including network programming, sometimes not. The figures may include stations that did not air the entire network feed, as well as local news breaks or cutaways for local coverage or other programming. Fast Affiliate ratings are not as useful for live programs and are likely to differ significantly from the final results, because the data reflect normal broadcast feed patterns. For example, with a World Series game, Fast Affiliate Ratings would include whatever aired from 8-11PM on affiliates in the Pacific Time Zone, following the live football game, but not game coverage that begins at 5PM PT. The same would be true of Presidential debates as well as live award shows and breaking news reports.

Rating: Estimated percentage of the universe of TV households (or other specified group) tuned to a program in the average minute. Ratings are expressed as a percent.

Share (of Audience): The percent of households (or persons) using television who are tuned to a specific program, station or network in a specific area at a specific time. (See also, Rating, which represents tuning or viewing as a percent of the entire population being measured.)

Time Shifted Viewing – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+Same Day (Live+SD) include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.

8:00PM CBS NCIS: Los Angeles -R

The real highlight of the night, CBS’ subtle attempt to keep NCIS at #1 in the ratings! ;)

  • Melanie

Cw gets a .5 with an old movie — which beats an original 90210 by .2 and is only .1 less than the .6 HOD and Carrie Diaries usually get? Good bye to all three. Time to try something new on Mondays & Tuesdays.

  • ReallyTired

NBC!!!!!! Most popular news on tv … even when it’s the same speech.

  • Christian

Sneaky CBS putting a different show’s repeat at 8 PM! Hahaha

  • Petar Ivanov

Best nbc tuesday since the voice. Almost win it.

Was Betty White’s Off Their Rockers yesterday new??????

  • a p garcia

I could not find Marco Rubio’s response in Spanish on any TV network and yes, I can speak & understand Spanish!

  • HalCapone

Marco Rubio was an inspired comedy–hope it gets renewed. I never laughed so hard! His writers should get an Emmy.

  • DW

    was revenge on last night?.

  • Ultima

Was Betty White’s Off Their Rockers yesterday new?

No. Instead of regular repeats, they’re editing clips from the season one episodes together in “best of” fashion.

  • Petar Ivanov

Tuesday is even more boring today. Time for antirecord on tv by the numbers i guess.

So people in US watch not only US soaps but also and latino soaps. And they are IN PRIMETIME….that is new low. Nobody in Europe is watching these. Only rerired and networks air them only in mornings or 1-5pm when people are working/school etc.

What kind of people watch these soaps in primetime in USA? Are they well educated?

  • RJ

Max is obviously a troll to get people posting today. Otherwise, it would be very slow.

  • Michael

There’s not much to discuss with Tuesday’s ratings.

  • Ultima

Best nbc tuesday since the voice

What kind of people watch these soaps in primetime in USA? Are they well educated?

Wasn’t it you the other day saying attacking a show for poor ratings was fine but personal attacks or attacks on quality were not?

Now you’re questioning the intelligence of people who watch soaps?

  • juliedawn

If wonder if many Americans actually watched the SOTU on CNN or other news networks
