Wal-Mart Executives Sweat Slow February Start in E-Mails
Wal-Mart Stores Inc. had the worst sales start to a month in seven years as payroll-tax increases hit shoppers already battling a slow economy, according to internal e-mails obtained by Bloomberg News.
“In case you haven’t seen a sales report these days, February MTD sales are a total disaster,” Jerry Murray, Wal- Mart’s vice president of finance and logistics, said in a Feb. 12 e-mail to other executives, referring to month-to-date sales. “The worst start to a month I have seen in my ~7 years with the company.”

According to a new study by the George Soros-funded Center for Economic Policy and Research, minimum wage should be $21.72 an hour to keep up with the increase of worker productivity.
Highlighting that study, The Huffington Post bemoaned President Barack Obama’s call for a higher minimum wage as a “far cry from what workers really deserve,” in a Feb. 13 blog post.

The primary and justifiable beef is MSNBC’s obsession with such a benign event. To that end, Fox News has referred to a media study that found its own network ran the clip a dozen times, CNN 34 times, and MSNBC an eye-popping 155 times (as of Thursday night), including 101 times on Maddow’s program in the form of a corner-third window.
Yeah I know right Ratboy. It’s almost as bad as when Fox News and the right attacked Obama for weeks on end for singing the National Anthem instead of putting his hand over his heart. Or how about the weeks of attack for using a teleprompter, when previous presidents have done the same. Or how about Obama not being born in Hawaii. How dare the left do the same thing as the right. DAMN that stupid Muslim Obama!
