Last Week's Shows Average 2.54 Million Viewers, Up +16% From a Year Ago
THE TALK, CBS's weekday talk show, soared to another all-time high weekly audience, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending Feb. 8.
THE TALK averaged 2.54 million viewers, up +16% from the same week last year. In key demographics, THE TALK averaged 1.1/06 in women 25-54 and 0.8/05 in women 18-49 (tie with "The View").
The Talk is really having a wonderful season.
I like The Talk better than The View, I think it is more entertaining.
It is a good solid show for CBS, however the best I remember would be the View back in the day when Meredith Viera was lead moderator and Joy, Star, and Lisa Ling were the others. It is still a good show but not as good as it was 12 years ago.
I’m sorry but the “Talk” is not in the same league as the view. Seems like you are trying too hard to be like the “View” and it doesn’t seem to be working.
With Joy Behar leaving The View, The Talk is going to get even better ratings. They at least have some fun on their show instead of having “Hasslebutt” screeching her moronic political beliefs day in and day out.
