    The Big Bang Theory (R) – TBS 9:30pm – 1.4 A18-49, 3.03 million viewers

Something about old people and CBS… ;)

  • MichaelChickless

It doesn’t look like Chicago Flop in the final numbers.

“Something about old people and CBS… ;)”

    LOL

  • BigBrotherFan

I don’t know what all these people are going OVER THE TOP with CF being tied for #1…NASHVILLE was only .1 below okay, so really, that could go either way AND NASHVILLE doesn’t have the benifit of having MAJOR crossover audience with it’s lead-in.

I am glad it tied CSI. NOW FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PLEASE CANCEL ALL CSI PROGRAMING, PLEASE!!! Then CM and then hopefully H50, BLUE BLOODS AND NCIS (I can dream, can’t i?).

  • REC32

NBC doesn’t have a clue what they are doing! They are not promoting their promising shows and thus they don’t built any consistent audience! People are wary to watch and get hooked while you know for sure they will be gone!NBC will be the first among the so called broadcast network to die…swift death! Ha ha!!

I gotta say this 10pm slot on Wednesday is STILL up in the air.

Yes Nashville is still behind BUT it skews really young which is what ABC tends to sell to. CSI OUCH! I don’t watch this show but to see a 1 in the show is alarming. If it doesn’t recover it will move probably to Friday’s.

The Middle! :( Sad that is tumbled but it will increase next week! This show is seriously underrated.

And guys TV ratings in general are on a DECLINE! It’s not just The Middle, Modern Family, American Idol, etc…ALL shows are declining really. The only exception to that has been Scandal.

  • CrimTV

Chicago Fire ties CSI and people call it a flop!

Also comparing Vegas and CSI is pointless because CSI has been on years and scored a 1.9, but it’s probably just a fluke, whereas Vegas scored a 1.9 in it’s first season and has gone lower since!

  • omabin

Apart from Elementary, all CBS 10pm shows have been below 2 already this year. Picking random comparison points is pointless.

Were people already out on dates? Ratings were low across the board. Very shocked with Survivor’s ratings. Idol is in danger of going below 4 soon

  • bluejays

    Ouch for CSI.

And as I said earlier – its going to be scary just how low some of those ten pm numbers might get. POI is so lucky that it got a nine pm slot. CBS other new dramas in recent years haven’t faired so well.

  • bluejays

    @Elijah.

CSI is the number one ten pm show on CBS. Vegas is the lowest scoring ten pm show on CBS. Does that clear things up for you?

And I don’t watch CSI anymore – can’t stand Ted Danson. But facts is facts.

  • eridapo

Definitely a CBS screw up on scheduling there with TBBT at 9:30

LOVE nashville. the highest-since-premiere ratings in january got me really excited about the success of the show so i hope it again builds towards those numbers and beyond. the show really hit its stride starting late november or so. hope all the great stuff continues (knock on wood!). ABC should really try to find a way over the summer to get more viewers tuned in. especially to the more fast-paced show it has become.

as for the suburgatory match, we’d have to see how nashville does out of a different show to truly know how compatible they are, but nashville usually just does a few tenths less than suburgatory so they seem like a good match to me. the problem just is that suburgatory doesn’t rate high enough in the first place. if the show was doing around 2.5, i’m sure nashville would consistently do 2.0+.

  • StevenD

NBC should try moving SVU to fridays at 10, it could easily get this rating or better, unless it moves to Thursday at 10.

Ouch for The Middle. Don’t watch it but I respect the show.

Will Modern Family soon rate higher then American Idol?

  • forg

Ratings are always brutal during March-April but it’s still Feb and we’re already seeing lows :( The next months would likely be tougher for broadcast shows

  • forg

Yeah if MF was not on decline it could have a chance to finally beat AI, they’re just 5 tenths separated now but I have a feeling MF will not go back to 4s anytime soon :(

  • iggy

    What’s going on with Suburgatory?

Quirkiness works better at 8:30, ask Parks.

Hannibal premieres Thursday April 4 at 10. Idiotic scheduling.

Technically CW tied NBC at 8-9 timeslot.. Whitney scored a 1.2 and 3.59 total viewers and Guys with Kids scored a 1.0 demo w/ 2.85 total viewers. Meanwhile Arrow Averaged a 1.1 w/3.29 total viewers. Combining Whitney with Guys the average for NBC 8-9 is a 1.1 and 3.22 million viewers, in which Arrow tied with demo at 1.1 and beat them in the “whole” hour by 70,000 viewers 3,290,000 viewers versus 3,220,000 viewers between the comedies.

Good for Arrow for rebounding in viewers and the uptick in demo. Supernatural has been on a roll lately. Mid 2 million is great for this veteran show.. I just find it odd that Supernatural pulled a 0.4 w/750,000 viewers the other day in syndication(ON TNT), not to mention a week or two ago it pulled a 0.5 and over 1 million on TNT. One would figure SuperNaturaL would get atleast a 1.2 on CW easily, but either way it is doing great.

Another thing I find funny is that BBT scored a 1.4 over 5 million as a repeat on CBS but consistently pulls a 1.4-1.8 demo in syndication on TBS with 3-4 million viewers! Syndication for both of these shows seems to pull younger demos than on the original network itself!

Hannibal premieres Thursday April 4 at 10

I’m pretty sure it premieres Thursday 1 March at 10pm. And you mispelled “Awake.”

Wait. Sorry. Got hit by a bit of déjà vu. ;)
