Fast Affiliate Ratings: These first national ratings, including demographics, are available at approximately 11 AM (ET) the day after telecast, and are released to subscribing customers daily. These data, from the National People Meter sample, are strictly time-period information, based on the normal broadcast network feed, and include all programming on the affiliated stations, sometimes including network programming, sometimes not. The figures may include stations that did not air the entire network feed, as well as local news breaks or cutaways for local coverage or other programming. Fast Affiliate ratings are not as useful for live programs and are likely to differ significantly from the final results, because the data reflect normal broadcast feed patterns. For example, with a World Series game, Fast Affiliate Ratings would include whatever aired from 8-11PM on affiliates in the Pacific Time Zone, following the live baseball game, but not game coverage that begins at 5PM PT. The same would be true of Presidential debates as well as live award shows and breaking news reports.
Rating: Estimated percentage of the universe of TV households (or other specified group) tuned to a program in the average minute. Ratings are expressed as a percent.
Share (of Audience): The percent of households (or persons) using television who are tuned to a specific program, station or network in a specific area at a specific time. (See also, Rating, which represents tuning or viewing as a percent of the entire population being measured.)
Time Shifted Viewing – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+Same Day (Live+SD) include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.

Didn’t NBC air an SNL repeat at 10, not SVU?
ABC would be better off burning off 666 Park Avenue and Apartment 23 on Saturdays instead of airing random-ass movies…
ABC, enough with the Harry Potter movies. They do horrible.
The Big 4 cumed a 10 SHARE?
Nascar…zzzzzzzzzzzzz Wuh huh Oh I’m sorry,I fell asleep just thinking about it,3 hours of left turns,I’d rather watch a crappy Guys with kids marathon.
Is there such a thing as a good Guys with Kids marathon? I would rather watch Deal or No Deal…in Latvian…with Kim Kardashian as the best looking model…and with Steve Urkel as host…
…or, I believe there was a show called Just Shoot Me – how about Just Stab, Defenestrate, Napalm, and Wood-Chipper Me instead – with Tom Bergeron as the host?
…because, even David Spade has some standards…
Just crunched the numbers for scheduled movies. So far 26 movies have aired over the five major networks (one more than this point last year). Year-to-year, the average from this point in the season hasn’t changed (0.9/3, 3.2 mil). It’s rather obvious all five (especially ABC) by this point are airing these films not for the ratings, but due to some serious contractual stipulations, at least that’s my take. Just how much longer in your opinion, until the idea to air a theatrical film is no more than a distant memory? I’d say 3-4 years max.
Hessian:
I suspect that in major markets, local pro hockey games topped the ratings.
Does anyone have the number of people who were watching TV last night (February 16th)??
I ask this because the persons using TV (PUT) levels for Thursday (the 14th) and Friday (15th) were about 7% below what they were for the previous week, mainly due to Valentine’s Day (Thursday) and the fact that many who couldn’t go out to celebrate Valentine’s Day Thursday did so Friday.
Many other people may have waited last night to celebrate Valentine’s Day.
There is absolutely nothing to watch on Saturday. What garbage.
NBC…just turn out the lights on Saturday.
I rather watch Nascar than Baseball any day. I love the sport.
I’m sure numbers dropped this week because of: 1) Valentine’s Saturday night and 2) people were indoors last Saturday because of big storm.
Remember that TNT was airing NBA All-Star Saturday Night festivities which included the 3 point shootout and slam dunk contests, so I’m sure TNT took a huge chunk of last night’s ratings from the broadcast networks.
SNL still on? But, note the numbers…who watches this trash? Is it worth the money this joke of entertainments costs for only 2 million viewers? A rerun, rerun of Harry Potter got more…geez, some execs girlfriend must be employed at SNL….

You do realize that was a REPEAT of SNL, right?
SNL originals regularly beat all of NBC’s primetime lineup when The Voice isn’t airing. It’s not going anywhere anytime soon.
NASCAR wins.
