Fast Affiliate Ratings: These first national ratings, including demographics, are available at approximately 11 AM (ET) the day after telecast, and are released to subscribing customers daily. These data, from the National People Meter sample, are strictly time-period information, based on the normal broadcast network feed, and include all programming on the affiliated stations, sometimes including network programming, sometimes not. The figures may include stations that did not air the entire network feed, as well as local news breaks or cutaways for local coverage or other programming. Fast Affiliate ratings are not as useful for live programs and are likely to differ significantly from the final results, because the data reflect normal broadcast feed patterns. For example, with a World Series game, Fast Affiliate Ratings would include whatever aired from 8-11PM on affiliates in the Pacific Time Zone, following the live baseball game, but not game coverage that begins at 5PM PT. The same would be true of Presidential debates as well as live award shows and breaking news reports.

Rating: Estimated percentage of the universe of TV households (or other specified group) tuned to a program in the average minute. Ratings are expressed as a percent.

Share (of Audience): The percent of households (or persons) using television who are tuned to a specific program, station or network in a specific area at a specific time. (See also, Rating, which represents tuning or viewing as a percent of the entire population being measured.)

Time Shifted Viewing – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+Same Day (Live+SD) include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.

Bob’s Burgers only a tenth off The Simpsons and equal with American Dad.

There was a time when both shows used to destroy it.

  • Mark

Good job to Revenge for rebounding .4! It can only go up from here! Last nights episode was fantastic! Fans are seeing that the show is getting back on track! It was almost like a reset last night and let’s hope it doesn’t take any more detours.

  • Survivor Fan

I hope both TAR and Survivor can rebound from 2.4 premieres next week!

  • Dinaminjo

4 Max posts in top 40 (3 basiclly the same), does that actually qualify as spam?!

  • Holly

Really low numbers for CBS… Suddenly CSI:NY’s 1.2 on Friday doesn’t seem so horrible.

Once and Revenge did not recover well. They’re still high enough to get renewals, but just barely.

  • jackson

im a huge revenge fan and last nights episode was great, and it finally looks like the show is getting its footing back.. but MAX is right, it may be too late. I think ABC will give it a third season though. but it will move nights i am sure
i am heard alot of people say abc thurs next year. GA, Scandal and Revenge.
i would love that, bc those are my three ABC shows. but would ABC really move GA to go head to head with AI? i dunno.. I think Revenge will get back to the low 2.0`s but they really should pair it with Scandal somehow

  • omabin

Revenge did about what I expected, maybe a tent lower or so, but what I expected. It should continue to rise in the future, although the break will certainly not help it (but the end of Downtown Abbey should). I am however more surprised about OUAT’s lack of rebound. It needs to go way higher than that. It was ABS’s first drama on the fall in some weeks, it should be way higher than it is (although I don’t think the show is as good as last year). I hope it recovers more in the following weeks… CBS did terribly, those good wife numbers are really bad. Just when we thought CSI NY’s ugly numbers had ended this bubble thing, both it and the mentalist drop to similarly bad numbers (my money is still on ny getting canned, but it is a very hard call to make)

Once Upon A Time was AWESOME

  • Bookworm

What happened to your over 2.0?
Revenge bounced back slightly but still in the 1.8’s. I think most called it correct when they said Revenge will be living in the higher 1.0’s and lower 2.0’s. That is not a bad demo but far from the demo ABC was hoping for.

Scandal was always between a 1.9 and 2.0. I can’t name a time where Scandal hit a 1.8 or below. A 10pm show doing those numbers are different from a 9pm show with a 3.2 premiere. I’m just saying, dropping and keeping steady are two very different things.

  • Bryce

@Max No show has a huge jump in just one episode. Look at Scandal, back in season 1 it was getting high 1’s. Even at the begining of season 2 it was getting low 2’s and now it is up to high 2’s but it was a slow process. It takes time to build. Just look at Scandal and you will see that this is true.

  • Devon

Glad to see Revenge up!!! I’m sure that by the next episode it will be back to it’s all numbers. But ABC should really slap themselves for what they did with the airing. Look what it did to Once upon a Time too. Both OUAT and Revenge were massive ratings hits, and just three weeks of bad desisions has cut the audience a third! But with the three week break people will be able to catch up to Revenge and it will bounce back before the season ends. Especially with the big storyline they are doing right now.

  • erwan from france

    So sad !!!!!

  • Andy

I think that’s a solid number for Amazing Race. CBS needs to pair Surivor and TAR next season on Sunday.

  • matt

They need to move Mentalist back to Thursday. Good Wife isn’t doing it any favors.

  • DenverDean

How about The Good Flop? This is absolutely ridiculous. It drops a FULL demo point from TAR. C’mon. They kept this over CSI:M? The show needs to go away. It should be moved to Friday at 8/7 now that TJ has bombed. CBS has real problems on Sunday, will be worse after CSI:NY leaves this Friday.

  • Michael

Great episode of Revenge last night. It gave me Titanic vibes lol. Still relatively low, though.

  • BigFlop

    Revenge 1.8 ?? lol
    OUAT 2.3 ?? lol

Since Scandal is a hit, ABC is a disaster. Even MF
As I wrote 2 weeks ago, Shonda is pulling the rug from under every ABC shows’ feet.

  • CrimTV

I hope OUAT reaches 2.7+ and Revenge is 2.0+ next week just to shut Max up!

more pain for cbs dead sunday.

  • PixieLavender

The Good Wife is brilliant! I thought the episode was brilliant! But it doesn’t help with all the breaks. I mean the next episode is on in 2 weeks and the previous episode (from yesterday) I think was 2 weeks as well.

I hope CBS renews it :D
