Revenge garnered a 1.8 adults 18-49 rating, up 29 percent from last week’ s series low 1.4.

On CBS, all the numbers should be taken with a small grain of salt since primetime was delayed five minutes in the eastern and central time zones. 60 Minutes earned a 1.3 adults 18-49 rating down 28 percent from last week. Nielsen TV Ratings: ©2013 The Nielsen Company. All Rights Reserved.

Fast Affiliate Ratings: These first national ratings, including demographics, are available at approximately 11 AM (ET) the day after telecast, and are released to subscribing customers daily. These data, from the National People Meter sample, are strictly time-period information, based on the normal broadcast network feed, and include all programming on the affiliated stations, sometimes including network programming, sometimes not. The figures may include stations that did not air the entire network feed, as well as local news breaks or cutaways for local coverage or other programming. Fast Affiliate ratings are not as useful for live programs and are likely to differ significantly from the final results, because the data reflect normal broadcast feed patterns. For example, with a World Series game, Fast Affiliate Ratings would include whatever aired from 8-11PM on affiliates in the Pacific Time Zone, following the live baseball game, but not game coverage that begins at 5PM PT. The same would be true of Presidential debates as well as live award shows and breaking news reports.

Rating: Estimated percentage of the universe of TV households (or other specified group) tuned to a program in the average minute. Ratings are expressed as a percent.

Share (of Audience): The percent of households (or persons) using television who are tuned to a specific program, station or network in a specific area at a specific time. (See also, Rating, which represents tuning or viewing as a percent of the entire population being measured.)

Time Shifted Viewing – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+Same Day (Live+SD) include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.

  • Hi

I want the Mentalist adjusted DOWN.

  • r0ckmypants

@Holly – I know, it makes no sense. Take a look back at the comments today and Thursday, after Survivor’s premiere.

  • Petar Ivanov

@The Good Wife & The Mentalist will both be gone…any chance Vegas will be
    sparred for Sunday’s?

Doubt that. Survivor will take one sunday slot. AR other or the same with one cycle per year for both reality shows. And may be some aging drama at 10.

  • bluejays

Ouch I was expecting better than that. Those numbers are not good for OUAT. Revenge would be okay with those numbers if it were on at ten but at nine ABC won’t keep it around. I wonder if they’ll move it back to ten next year rather than cancel it?

  • nina

Revenge wants to be moved to 10 PM Saturdays after its MONTH LONG hiatus ends. ABC you’re just digging its grave!!

  • Just

Guys, let’s move to Spoiler TV and leave Max and his troll posts alone

  • Justin121

Desperate Housewives was slowly being murdered by ABC.

    Now there’s proof!

  • Sky

I’m a little disappointed with last night’s numbers for OUaT – I thought it would bounce back more from last week’s ratings – but I’m not too worried. Last year its ratings dipped a bit in February, and then then they rebounded in March. Hopefully, this season follows the same pattern.

Thanks for the ratings. I would take Scandals over Revenge anyway. Great numbers for a Thursday 10pm show (the highest rated of the New Year) and it is a little more steady a reliable. They move by a .1 or .2 between episodes but largely due to adjustments down from the Run-over with Grey.

Revenge started with great numbers but the fall from the first to the second episode was worrisome and the uneven numbers from there are not a good look. The last three episodes look horrible.

That range of a 3.2-1.4 is broad for a show with only 14 episodes. Scandal at least showed a gradual increase over episodes.

Scandal vs Revenge is stupid in many ways because neither renewal chances depend on the other and Nashville v Castle v Scandal is far more appropriate but I laugh at anyone who believe Revenge demo is a better look than Scandal’s.

  • Mark

I’ve been visiting this site numerous times almost every day since 2008 but this will be the last visit for me because the whole Revenge vs. Scandal thing is so obnoxious. Even worse than Castle vs. Hawaii Five-0 a few years back.

    So long TVBTN!

    I’ll get my ratings elsewhere.

  • Leondre

Not bad for SNL in the 90s.

  • Emma

I thought last night’s Revenge was one of the strongest of season 2. I enjoy both Revenge and Scandal and am hoping both shows have strong ends to their respective seasons. I want both to return next season.

I can’t see TGW remaining on Sundays. No amount of critical acclaim can make up for those numbers. CBS is wasting the Sunday slot in my opinion. It needs to either go to Fridays or go entirely.

  • sjr2012

i wish they would move OUAT to Wednesdays Considering its a Brainchild of lost and i watched every episode of lost nonstop just like this show but i never worried about Lost being Cut i sure hope OUAT gets the same treament as Lost did and finishes because right now it scares me coming into a 3rd season

  • Lewis

Abc did great bring back Revenge in three weeks! People will have a chance to catch up and the show and make better promotion

  • r0ckmypants

@Mark – You know you can read the ratings and not the comments, right?

  • Chris

Ya sure revenge and once ratings are low but if you look at it in this way 666 park, and last resort were both canceled zero hour is not doing good if that gets canceled that’s 3 new shows canceled, so ya they might not be the best ratings but they will get a season 3 and probably a season 4 for syndication :)

  • Bookworm

If you are leaving because of the comment section, I suggest you do so. I can easily look at the ratings and not scroll down to the comment section.

Revenge v Scandal is a fun pass time for some users. Though I do participate at times. Majority of us know that they don’t affect the renewal chances of the other. Both are going to get renewed.

  • Annie Orhan

I’m about too don’t worry I’ve had it with Max and this Scandal/Revenge war it’s getting very tiresome to come on here each Mon and have to listen to him in every other post…..

And then the mod’s say hes doing nothing wrong oh BS…

  • Edward

Richard Steven Hack, you do realize your posts about Revolution are exactly the same as Max’s posts about Revenge, don’t you? I’m glad you’re getting a chance to see your reflection.

  • Freddy Arrow

With all the late starts and special events that happen on Sundays, running serialized shows on Sundays seems like a big mistake.

The problem isn’t Max, its all the people that respond to him/her.
