You think old people are dinosaurs. But the old should be dead and get rid of the surplus population, right.
Hmmm………….
The Left’s favorite economist, Paul Krugman’s words of wisdom speaking at the Sixth & I Historic Synagogue in Washington, D.C. last week.
There is this question of how we’re going to pay for the programs.
There is a lot of info in this paragraph.
” We’re going to need more revenue…Surely it will require some sort of middle class taxes as well.. We won’t be able to pay for the kind of government the society will want without some increase in taxes… on the middle class, maybe a value added tax…And we’re also going to have to make decisions about health care, doc pay for health care that has no demonstrated medical benefits . So the snarky version…which I shouldn’t even say because it will get me in trouble is death panels and sales taxes is how we do this”
Death panels from Krugman ?

It’s official: Right wing tards are uneducated baffoons that don’t understand that during a recession we need unlimited spending without a budget for an unlimited time acruing a massive debt where soon it will require more than is collected in taxes to pay on the interest … and these right wing tards think it’s Fantasyland to spend like this in a recession. Tell me one good think right wing tards have done in the last four years. Come back to me.

this has been going on since the 1960s. when is this spending going to end with a balanced budget.
Doug Z. You are uneducated. I have the names of several prominent universities I can provide to you to educate yourself in economics 101. We don’t cut spending in a recession. DON’T YOU UNDERSTAND THAT! We must spend without constraint until the recession is over and then cut spending, or find other areas where we can spend more. It doesn’t matter that we will soon owe more to pay on the interest of the growing debt than can be realistically collected in taxes. We should tax everyone at 100% effective rate if we have too! We need to spend, and spend more if needed, to avoid a Great Depression #2! You right wing tards are not too bright. LOL, LMAO, HSDUMOA.
@Doug Z
‘Ralph Hahn’, ‘betty’ and ‘TZCA’ are being cloned by lefty pod(s).

@Doug Z Just a minor correction GOP were big spenders 1994-2006. Then Nancy Pelois came in to drain the swamp and control spending (LOL LOL )

Uh-oh Coffee Steve
does this mean the solar flare with the effective EMP that could send us back to the 19th century is likely to happen and the doomsday preppers on NatGeo were right all along?
@D.D I going to say the name that will get mouths foaming. I guess Sarah Palin was right about death panels.
@d.d.–Old Paul Krugman patron saint of the left doesnt know whos a– to pull money out of.
Interesting, if the approval rating for the prez so high why do most people think that the country is still going in the wrong direction?

President Obama’s administration says that we are in a slow recovery. This has been the case since Vice President Biden announced that we were experiencing the “Recovery Summer” a couple of years ago. I agree that we are having a very slow recovery (actually a really very very slow recovery) and are not in recession. If you agree with the White House then your “spending during a recession” is a moot argument. If not how do you define a recession and how does this differ from the administration’s definition.
@TZCA Should we be rasing taxes in a weak recovery ?? According to the White House we are not in a recession.
I think Professor usa is using a new name, TZCA

GDP went down last Qt. If that happens again it will be a double Dip.But the libs, Press, DMc and Obama say it is getting better.
Doug Z. Look deeper for the sarcasm in my posts.
is there a loon on the left out there that knows what will make Obama’s sequestor (yes it WAS his idea) work for the positive when it kicks in and not effect all the people and things that Obama is going on about?? It is a very simple thing that congress would have to approve and Obama sign.
Come on tells us, I am sure that the left media has pointed it out over and over again!
@Doug Z Did you see them give that wink and the nod they believe last Qtr GDP will be revised up, so the fix is in.
