Nielsen TV Ratings: ©2013 The Nielsen Company. All Rights Reserved.

NOTE: All ratings are "live plus same day" from Nielsen Media Research unless otherwise indicated.

Definitions:

Rating: Estimated percentage of the universe of TV households (or other specified group) tuned to a program in the average minute. Ratings are expressed as a percent.  More information on ratings is available here.

Share (of Audience): The percent of households (or persons) using television who are tuned to a specific program, station or network in a specific area at a specific time. (See also, Rating, which represents tuning or viewing as a percent of the entire population being measured.)

Fast Affiliate Ratings: These first national ratings, including demographics, are available at approximately 11 AM (ET) the day after telecast, and are released to subscribing customers daily. These data, from the National People Meter sample, are strictly time-period information, based on the normal broadcast network feed, and include all programming on the affiliated stations, sometimes including network programming, sometimes not. The figures may include stations that did not air the entire network feed, as well as local news breaks or cutaways for local coverage or other programming. Fast Affiliate ratings are not as useful for live programs and are likely to differ significantly from the final results, because the data reflect normal broadcast feed patterns. For example, with a World Series game, Fast Affiliate Ratings would include whatever aired from 8-11PM on affiliates in the Pacific Time Zone, following the live football game, but not game coverage that begins at 5PM PT. The same would be true of Presidential debates as well as live award shows and breaking news reports.

Time Shifted Viewing – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+Same Day (Live+SD) include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.

  • Andrew

Derp derp derp once again this site reminds me of a bunch of immature arrogant children who act like they know it all.

Your show sucks no yours does screw your show screw you only losers watch this only losers watch that etc etc etc….

    Constant repetetive pattern here:
    Intentional trolling.
Smug sarcastic snide comments made intentionally to bait a poster to react.
    Attempts at intellectual superiority.
    Bashing other posters.
My shows better then yours posts etc…

Amazing in 2013 some people still havent evolved intellectually or maturity wise or even HUMILITY wise.

Malibu Country better get some real men on the show before its too late!!! Where is the X-Husband???? Who is writing this stuff???

  • Jayzel

A boring 21-year old tabloid crime news program on a Friday is in a tie for the second highest rated program during sweeps for NBC. Oh. My. God!!! Hahahahahaha!!! NBC is dead and I looooove it!

  • DD

Maybe CBS will move The Good Wife to Fridays at 9 next season, to lead in to Blue Bloods as both shows are incredibly old skewing.

LMS would be as strong as Shark Tank if it did not lead Malibu Country. Unfortunately, it goes against one hour programs and is brought down by those that don’t want to watch MC in second half hour. That is why it does so well in L+7. Give it a strong lead out and numbers will soar. Also, LMS has never aired behind or in front of an existing, popular show. The show is very steong now, after a patchy beginning, and is probably ABC’s second best comedy at this point.

  • Jayzel

Should have said tied for 4th. Just as bad. Hahahahaha!

  • DD

Wow, I know this doesn’t really matter but look at total viewers for Blue Bloods! 11 million! That’s a monster amount compared to everything else!

  • Andrew

@William: Real men? Homophobe spotted .

  • rob60990

William, men wont help MC. Better writing would. They have 3 very talented actresses.

  • William

I see cancellation for MC real soon….The show needs the X Husband to be a free wheeler, cool, cowboy, playboy type to shake things up with Reba’s female ways of raising the kids!! Writers need to WAKE UP!!!

  • Mon

I think Golden Boy is going to do really well. It has good promotion and the cast is younger and good looking plus there is what seems to be a grumpy old man which is usually fun to watch. I hope it stays on Tuesdays. If CBS ships it to Fridays, I think it will fare well too. I don’t think Blue Bloods would do better though.

  • LANDO’S SON

I hope Nikita gets at least 2 more seasons before cancellation. Hang in there Nikita.

  • John K.

Why doesn’t ABC switch Shark Tank and the Comedies to give them a decent lead in?

  • E.S.

True, but many of those people can pick up the Baltimore station.

Not even people from Baltimore watch their own ABC affiliate.

  • POI

    Why is everything down??

  • sydney sims

I wish ABC would get behind Malibu Country and advertise it. I never see an advertisement except the voice right before the show. Friday night is not a good tv night so they might try moving it to another night if it is renewed.ABC has kicked this show around- some repeats, saying it was old shows when they were new and never a commercial to be seen for the show. I hope it is given a chance.

  • John A

So Dateline can match a New Grimm.
