    Hey , Rat—right wing accomplishments???? don’t get sidetracked……

  • usa8888

Seriously, are there any right wingers (including Slimebaugh) who can tell the American people why the extremist La Pierre has flip flopped on his gun background stance? Pls advise……if you dare….

  • Matthew

Last I looked that was prety much covered by science and nature and out of our control AND I dont know where I said it would create more homosexuals.

You were trying to make a case for why same-sex marriage could be harmful, and thus laws preventing it a justified protection, so if your argument isn’t that it would create more homosexuals (potentially lowering reproduction), what IS your argument?

Therefore the future generations could in fact have issues derived from the change in the marriage laws.

Again, what issues? Are you suggesting that someone raised in a same-sex household isn’t going to be able to figure out reproduction? That’s…stupid. Insane. It’s no argument at all.

And I take issue with this because, I might remind you, I’m not new here; I know, as a matter of fact, that you have expressed objection to same-sex marriage here in the past for religious reasons. You’re dressing up your motivations, which is directly in line with your dishonest character, and this fact annoys me.

  • Matthew

    Just askin’ questions :) :) :)

  • Ratboy

@ I know, as a matter of fact, that you have expressed objection to same-sex marriage here in the past for religious reasons

No sir you are incorrect! I have not expressed and objection based on anything! I have remained neurtal on this subject and have kept my thoughts, feelings and beliefs to myself!
That sir is why I stated devils advocate. A broad statement that it would harm NO ONE was made and I posed an exaple in that children could harmed by confusion when taught. I know you try to disect everything everyone says and restate it or dispute it annd that is fine but DO NOT put words in my mouth.

@ Are you suggesting that someone raised in a same-sex household isn’t going to be able to figure out reproduction? That’s…stupid. Insane. It’s no argument at all

Now this is a bold and wrong statement also based on what I addressed, CHILDREN!!!! A child cna and will have difficulties seperating nature from their home situation at young ages. And it WILL create confusion. Have you ever raised a child? Come on Matt dont try to over disect things and then come off as sounding silly! You are too smart for that!

  • Cathy

Ratboy, your statement make me think of the show “Mork and Minnie” Mork had a line saying my mother was a test tube and my father an eye dropper.

  • Cathy

Mark, I think you have hit on one of the problems when discussing God, religion, agnosticism, theism, deism and atheism. People are redefining the terms in different ways.
The word “higher power” was created by
Believing in a higher power is believing in a deity or a god. You simply don’t believe in the God of Abraham or a god as described by any of the current religious books.

When you talk about the bible, which bible are you talking about? There are many different ones. There are many gospels that are not in any bible.

Organized religion has made a mess out of things.
