Cop procedural Golden Boy is premiering tonight on CBS after NCIS: Los Angeles. This drama, which centers around the youngest police commissioner in New York City has received some decidedly mixed reviews thus far, but since this type of program is definitely in CBS' wheelhouse, viewers may still show up to check it out. It is hard and as been rare this season for 10pm shows to garner 2.5+ Of course Scandal and Revolution are the exceptions. But I feel NCIS:LA will get mid 2′s which would mean that Golden Boy should garner low 2′s. It seems really compatible with NCIS:LA. And it is going up against week competition so it should receive a 2.1 demo, which would be a respectable number.
1.7-1.8. I see this flopping hard.
I can’t even guess. I was partially interested because of Chi McBride’s involvement, but Theo James just doesn’t strike me as cop material at all. It’ll probably go the way of most CBS midseason premieres and crumble, so I’m not investing myself.
I watched GB on CBS.com and I enjoyed it. I hope it does well

No Higher than 2.3 / I think without Vegas, Body Of Proof will see increased numbers.

I like Chi McBride, but that other guy seems a bit annoying.

I watched the pilot and I can say nothing positive about it. The lead actor is horrible, the writing is cliche and boring. I go with demo below 2.0 – the show looks like a filler to me.
It could well be a big hit, given it’s lead-in.
Besides, CBS has had much success with “procedural” crime dramas over the years.
The 18-49 demo could even be a 3.7 or 3.8.
The biggest competition won’t be ABC’s “Body of Proof” or NBC’s “Smash”, but local newscasts on Fox, CW, and My Network TV stations.

Body of Proof 1.2 or 1.3
Smash 0.8
Hoping these are the ratings, but really hoping Body of Proof rises tonight, hopefully there will be no interruptions on these episode.
Since CBS has been promoting it like crazy on every single commercial break, I’d say around 2.3-2.7. But it will definitely fall next week.
