   Talking Dead was rated higher than almost every show on NBC last week. only SNL and The Biggest Loser were higher and Chicago Fire tied it.

   What’s funny is that even Talking Dead and the Walking Dead encore do about as well as Breaking Bad, and better than Mad Men.

   AMC should change their name to AWD (All Walking Dead). Seriously, a 5.7 rating in this day and age, and on cable nonetheless, is unheard of.

    But i’m still wondering why AMC is being so dumb and not programming a new show after The Walking Dead as it would be a powerful lead-in.

    I still think this past episode of The Walking Dead was quite boring. After all that, did anyone honestly think that Andrea was going to kill that whackjob (The Governor)?

    Andrea has to be one of the dumbest characters on the show.

    like i wrote yesterday. 16 is too many episodes for the walking dead. yes its doing great numbers but after a while when you keep doing these filler eps your diluting the product. the storytelling needs to be a little tighter.

    Andrea is a very well written character. Yes, she is frustrating, but so are most people’s actions in real life. That is just how it goes. Rick is by far my favorite character on the show, yes, but Andrea is well written and I appreciate her journey and evolution.

    As for the ratings, I love that the walking dead does so well. It is my favorite not ended TV show and I am glad that it does as good as it is. At this point, it is hard to measure its success as there is nothing that is reasonable to compare it with. It is on a league all on its own. To go up against the Oscars, that is incredible.
