    WASHINGTON — Bob Woodward isn’t the only person who’s received threats for airing the Obama administration’s dirty laundry. It seems anyone is a potential target of the White House these days – even former senior members of the Clinton administration.

    A day after Woodward’s claim that a senior White House official had told him he would “regret” writing a column criticizing President Obama’s stance on the sequester, Lanny Davis, a longtime close advisor to President Bill Clinton, told WMAL’s Mornings on the Mall Thursday he had received similar threats for newspaper columns he had written about Obama in the Washington Times

    Hi, all of my fellow friends that do not owe on their credit card and pay cash for a car. Steve I know that is you.

    Sorry usa I know you have nice things, but owe.Keep the county running for me.

  • Doug Z

    Even usa000 hates Bob Woodard now!

    Had you ventured into any cocktail party in Silver Spring or Takoma Park just a few years ago, you would have been treated like a hero — liberal Washington’s very own version of Pittsburgh Pirate Bill Mazeroski, who with one swing of a bat brought down the reviled Nixon. “Maz” never had to pay for a meal in Pittsburgh after that October afternoon in 1960 when he delivered a World Series.

    That used to be you, Bob. But now, you’re the problem!

    This just in: Fox Faux News is pushing coal again. Clean coal and clean bacteria…..is any money changing hands here…just asking…..

    Considering the definition of assault, then any weapon, even a stick, would be considered an assault weapon. Now, if we are talking about automatic or semi-automatic rifles…if I lived down on the TX, AZ or NM borders you better darn betcha I would want an automatic or semi-automatic rifle. It’s a freaken war zone down there.

    As for why that NRA fella changed his mind….beats the crap outta me. i’m psychic not a mind reader.

    @Doug

    True. I got rid of our Credit Cards years ago and will never, I repeat never get another. With debit cards and another one attached to my investment account I had I try and save and pay cash whenever I can.

    I’d much rather save for 6 months and buy something instaed of charging it and paying for it for 5 years.

    But just look at how good it is working for Obama!! Just ask him or anyone of his puppets! Spend it like ya got it and smoke em if ya got em!

    Steve you have the money now. You are one of Fox news old farts , Like me. I have never in my life had full coverage insurance on my car. When I was young Professor usa. type would say , what if you total your car. I would say, I will buy a new one. I payed for those cars in 5 year not having full coverage. That was 40 years ago. Today that money is in the bank.I do not make as much as the professor usa.

    The NRA is holding a rally in Albany, NY today as a protest. Considering the NRA held a membership sale and what happend when that downstate newspaper ran the names and addresses of pistol owners.

    Our current gov is not a bad fella, was a big admirer of his dad.

    Years ago one day I saw we were in credit card debt around 15 grand, I said enough of this junk, paid them in full and will never do that again, and yes, Uncle Sam dosn’t do it because they are using OUR money and not theirs

  • Doug Z

    It looks like Professor usa and his money or credit is running out.

    U.S. economy grew 0.1% in fourth quarter

    WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) – The U.S. economy grew in the fourth quarter – but just barely – instead of contracting for the first time in three and a half years, the Commerce Department said Thursday. The U.S. expanded at a 0.1% annual rate in the last three months of 2012, better than the initially reported 0.1% drop but well below the third quarter’s 3.1% pace.

    I do not use cash and pay it every 3 days on line. I get 1-5% back. I even pay utility bills with it . Just for the rebates.

    It is fun to beat the banks at their own game.

  • Coffee Steve

    @Doug

    When we buy a car I do get full coverage for 2 years, then the amount they would pay does not justify keeping it should I need a payoff, and Usually by the end of the 3rd year we trade it in for another one because on the first day of the 4th year (of manufactured date) the appreciation drops dramatically
