Tosh.0 was Tuesday's top cable original with a 1.3, even with last week. Pretty Little Liars was the number two cable original with a 1.2 adults 18-49 rating.
We only receive the top 100 cable shows for adults 25-54 for the whole day from our primary source, if you don't see your show it was not in that top 100 list.

PLL episode this week was awesome. This show gets better as it goes -a claim frequently made here about shows, but is actually true in this instance.
I agree it was nice to see more of Laura Leighton last week and this week. She’s the hottest of the “mamas” on the show.
But the standout character this week was again Troian Bellisario as Spencer, who went right off the deep end in this episode after discovering a death. Terrific acting.
I dont have to defend SAB bc the show is in no danger of being cancelled. Its definitely coming back while TLG fans still dont know if their underperformng show is returning.

But Warners Bros is listed as a producer and distributor of PLL and TLG, not to mention Alloy, which was bought a few months ago by WB, so are they really “in house” for ABCF? S@B, Bunheads and Secret Life are in house because they’re produced/distributed by ABC-Disney, but PLL/TLG seem to be like the other Alloy/WB shows currently at the CW like TVD and GG.
I watch both SAB and TLG and I love them for different reasons. Obviously, SAB is more tame, but it’s a wonderful concept and brings more to ABCF than the other girly teen dramas. They’re not cancelling it anytime soon, especially since TSL is ending, so SAB is the channel’s #2 show without a doubt. I think TLG will most likely get a backorder for season 2, but that might be it unless ratings suddenly spike or something.
BTW TLG creator was talking about the show most likely getting the backorder and he said something about it starting in the summer.so maybe they are expanding the time slot

Interestingly, ABC Family describe the last episode of The Lying Game as the ‘winter finale’ in their press release. That suggests to me that they have plans to renew the show and if they do, it will be back in the summer.
@Bumblebee You’re right, The Lying Game and Pretty Little Liars are not produced by ABC/Disney and therefore they do not profit from international sales, syndication etc. The ratings are therefore the key factor involved in the renewal of those shows. Bunheads is produced by ABC/Disney so it does have that advantage over The Lying Game.
Good numbers for Justified. Decent enough for White Collar. Is WC down in total viewers of late? It used to get more viewers than Justified but still lost the demo. Wouldn’t be surprised I think this is the worst season of White Collar. Then again this season of Justified is dragging a little itself.

I’m still really confused on PLL and TLG, I looked it up and ABC-Disney was not a distributor but a production company which is different. Warner Bros. and Alloy was listed as the distributors though.

Agreed PLL has been very good this season they’ve made great use of their characters especially the ones with the high acting ability like Laura and Troian.
Warner Brothers definitely produces PLL because that is where the show films. The Fosters will be shot a WB as well so I guess that means they are producing that also. I have no idea about Twisted though.
Still no ratings for TLG? This wait every Tuesday sucks.
I do think that TLG will get a season 2 back order but it will not be paired with PLL. With Twisted and The Fosters both premiering this summer, the network needs its two strongest lead ins (S@B and PLL) for the series premier shows. Based on the content of the shows it would probably mean that S@B and The Fosters will air on Mondays and PLL and Twisted will air on Tuesdays.
If TLG gets renewed it will probably air on Mondays in the Fall like it did when it first premiered. That will be the true test of how strong of a show it is, when it doesn’t have PLL as its crutch. Those ratings will be what determines if they get a 3rd season or not.

I have had a vendetta against Cougar Town for years. Why? Its fans kept bad mouthing The Middle stating it deserved to be cancelled in its 1st season. They said ABC will regret giving it a full season so soon. They said ABC will regret giving it a 2nd season so early but go Cougar Town. It earned it! The Middle kept growing and Cougar Town kept falling. Now The Middle is a shoe-in for a 5th season and going to be syndicated on 3 channels while Cougar Town got kicked to a cable network where it is losing half its audience from a comedy rerun.

@Martin I don’t think Alec was involved in Theresa’s disappearance. They were working together to bring down Rebecca. I don’t think Thayer “killed” Derek, but he might have something to do with Theresa. There’s still the Ted mystery, though, so you never know! I’m pretty sure Jordan is in the clear for this one though, since he pretty much wants nothing to do with Rebecca anymore. He seems like a good guy who made a mistake.
