With CULT being shipped to FRIDAYS I’m gonna start to tune in. First, Jessica Lucas is a great actress and a total babe I ALWAYS loved her on MELROSE as Riely and FRIENDS WITH BENIFITS but Tuesday is too busy a night for me with life and all..NOTHING on Fridays except the DEADER THAN DEAD Touch so I’m checkin CULT out!

Matthew Davis is a solid actor too!

cbs should consider, moving vegas to fridays and leaving golden boy on tuesdays. vegas seems to have its loyal viewers which would follow it to air the remaining episodes.. golden boy may be more lead in dependent but also may still have more opportunity to grow!

It’s amazing how in the fall Go On and The New Normal had almost vanished New Girl and Mindy and now it’s the opposite. As fas as I remember, NBC was also winning the entire night. That’s ridiculous. Leaving two freshman shows without their lead-in (The Voice): worst decision ever. It will be studied on TV book for years to come. How a couple comedies turned NBC situation upside down, then how NBC killed the moment themselves!

A lot of Hart of Dixie fans will be happy it maintained its 0.6 let the bubble show bashing begin…

Mindy Project is still meh. I really don’t think Fox would renew this show based on its ratings throughout the season. It only hit 2 for the premiere and then slid since hitting lows of 1.3 more than a few times and more consistently hitting 1.4-1.6. I know the episode from tonight and last week did 1.7-1.9, but does that make Mindy a guarantee or likely renewal. I just don’t think it should.

Golden Boy bombed Like I thought it would. I wonder if it will help CSI NY renewal chances. It is funny Blue Bloods is a certain renewal for next year b/c of syndication however it will be likely cancellation next year with these same exact numbers.

NBC Comedies are so pathetic ratings wise. Body of Proof and Smash are just as pathetic. Tuesdays are such a weak night. I know NCIS and LA have great amount of viewers but the demo for Tuesday Nights are really horrible on Tuesdays between all shows.

I totally agree with you. CSI: NY should be Renewed and i hope it will. It got twice a 1.2 but the rest of the season it had 1.4-1.6 and often beat Blue Bloods.
There is more competition on Friday at 9 this year with Shark Tank and Grimm but CSI: NY had “good” numbers. It almost had 11 million viewers for several episodes.
Plus at the beginning of the Season it had no lead-in and it would be good for CBS Because they are making lot of money thanks to syndication.

As soon as I saw previews, I knew as well the show would tank. There was nothing compelling about the pilot and lead actor is horrible. To lose 1.1 demo and 6.5 million viewers from its lead in on the premiere is total failure. As for Blue Bloods, it’s really good show, it just skews very old.

I had the problem accessing through Firefox, but it seems normal now.

Yay, Mindy, great episode. Seth Rogen was great.

I’m using Google Chrome too and have never seen that Malware Alert before today.

“Golden Boy” was the highest rated show in its time slot. It had a higher retention rate than did “Vegas.” Yes, “Tosh.0″ and “Cougar Town” pulled some viewers over to cable, as they had been doing previously, but I’m not sure why that’s “Golden Boy’s” fault. To recap, won its time slot, improved on the retention rate of its predecessor. It may be a victim of the numbers game over at CBS, but it’s a show for NBC to consider. It could provide a great lead-in for “Go On” and “Revolution” for when “The Voice” takes a break.

Golden Boy is doing as bad as Vegas, after one episode ? Come on…
Besides, 10.56 millions viewers mean 10.56 curious people, who wanted to see what it was like. Among them, at least 1 million didn’t like it, what brings us to 9.5 viewers next week… !
And then it will be aired on Friday… Who on earth can progress on a Friday night ?? Not to mention that viewers will be confused by the change of timeslot !

Golden Boy is certained to be canceled. That’s my conclusion ! Hope it will help CSI NY to get renewed !

    raising hope was hilarious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    hope it gets renewed

Mindy’s kicking ass… Sorry New Normal but Mindy’s insanity and cuteness is just funnier…

Nobody know what the people at the ce going to do with hart of dixie. What story line they are coming up with next. Zoe has slept with all are blue bell. No one will look at it when they decide to cancel it.

If they really are putting the NCIS LA spinoff on tuesday at 10, I’m envisioning old people all over the country putting in their teeth just to smile.

  • DanOregon

The thing I don’t get about CBS’s shows, why don’t they at least try to do an out of the box show, or allow a cop show to not have a crime of the week? At worst it would fail like many of their cookie cutter attempts, at best it might revitalize their line-up.
I don’t understand their penchant for unambitious storytelling. Even their “hits” (non-NCIS division) are pretty modest.

How can it be that Golden Boy was seen by more than 10 million people and got just 1.8 rating? only old people watch TV at 10PM of tuesday? :)

“Tosh.0″ and “Cougar Town” air on cable at 10 pm on Tuesday evenings, and they skew extremely young.
