Definitions:

DVR (Time-shifted) Adults 18-49 Ratings – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data LiveLive+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs.

Live+Same Day(Live+SD) ratings include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing.

Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.

DVR Ratings Increase Past Airdate - How many people watched the show on their DVRs within 7 days following the airdate

Until the 2009-2010 season, we used a show's LIVE program rating or viewership as the base upon which the LIVE+7 day DVR viewing was added. Now, the press seems to be standardizing around using LIVE+SAME DAY DVR viewing as the base for the calculations, so that's what we do now as well.

    what about Arrow?

  • DougF

Anyway to get the Supernatural viewership increase if it was listed? I’m just interested in knowing this one time. Just to get an idea of what it has been roughly doing all season in Live+7 viewership.

Thank You in advance if you do post it.

This season the low was 2.598 the high 3.350 million.

  • Mark Wood

    Arrggghhh
It should be SPN average live plus 7

  • GARY

Nashville 67% increase in its 18-49 rating to go along
with live broadcast number one in adults 18-34 and women 18-34.

  • Robleon

    Please, please don’t cancel Touch.

  • The End

    @Robleon

The show will be cancelled, however if it was a cable show it would have a better chance at survival.

  • Shepherd

I just noticed that Idol’s L+7 numbers have fallen as hard as their live numbers over the last 5 posts. W/Tr numbers week 17 were 6.9/6.6 respectively vs 5.4/4.8 in week 21. Not a very good sign.

  • Marc

9O21O did good in DVR and still got cancelled…I dont understand, now they wont have a proper sendoff :-(

  • Mi

@Poi it most likely had 1.5 like the week before.. an increase of 0.4 if so.

  • Jarrod

    90210 got a 0.5. Perhaps they should un-cancel it? ;)
