@Mark2…ñobody really cares….fact is Fox is still #1 and MSNBC still lags far behind.

I’ve followed your infrequent posts for a long time. Your put downs have an edge of cruelty, IMO.

I’m spiritual , but, without religious affiliation. ‘The Bible’s’ first 2 hours was inspiring ; the acting was excellent , &, the stories of the bible held my total interest . I planned on only watching one hour, but, I couldn’t tear myself away. Even if one is an atheist , this is a modern Cecil DeMille quality presentation& worth the watch.

Obama Regime Says President Can Assassinate American Citizens On U.S. Soil…

    Mother Jones

Yes, the president does have the authority to use military force against American citizens on US soil—but only in “an extraordinary circumstance,” Attorney General Eric Holder said in a letter to Senator Rand Paul (R-Ky.) Tuesday.

  • Mark2

Broadcast News (major leagues) total viewership:

    NBC Nightly News = 9,013,000

    ABC World News = 8,463,000

    CBS Evening News = 6,917,000

Just to put things into perspective for you guys, Cable news draws over 4 million unique viewers at their highest peak while Broadcast News draws over 24 million unique viewers.

  • Mark2

@Chriscee “ñobody really cares….fact is Fox is still #1 and MSNBC still lags far behind.”

Yes, they’re still number one in the minor leagues but that gap keep closing every single year and Fox News ratings keep falling every single year. Their trend is not looking good at all.

  • Mark

    @Laurence Glavin

Did “The Bible” on History show the 42 youths torn limb from limb by bears who were summoned by “God” because they mocked a “prophet” for being bald? Did the telecast include scenes of Joshua pillaging the properties of denizens of the country Joshua was enjoined to capture from the people living theyre, literalyl taking grain they didn’t harvest and and making their homes in dwellings they didn’t build? Was there any mention of Gideon, after whom the Bibles found in hotel rooms was named, who sired seventy children or mmore under multitudinous women?

Personally I want a 2 hour explanation of an all loving God shoving somebody down the throat of a whale for three days and that guy coming out alive simply because that guy didn’t agree with him. lol

I think the old saying is correct if you want somebody to stop believing in god have them read the Old testament and see what a tyrannical butthole he is

  • usa8888

Yes, it’s true: fox is losing audience and MSNBC is catching up. MSNBC routinely sweeps fox on the weekends and wins in the demo most times against Hannity and Greta. Just remember: Obmaa–53 million; Billo–2-3 million…..and four more years for Obama and his progressive policies.

Right wingers: tell your compatriots in the House to stay out of any economic issues–the right wig knows NOTHING about economics and is trying to ruin our country. Fortunately, the Federal Reserve won’t let this happen…….

  • Mark2

The Dow climbed more than 125 points to close at a record high of 14,253.77

    Ouch!!! That’s gotta hurt!

  • Chriscee

    I’LL REPEAT IT….to both Mark2 and USA8888

FACT is….Fox news is still #1 in the cable news industry…MSNBC..lags far behind because their vision for a complete DICTATORship by demoKKKrats is NOT what the American people want.

So sit down, keep quiet…and get ready for the long ride….FOX NEWS WILL REMAIN #1….and there isn’t anything either of you can do about it. Except of course..whine…like you always do.

Good luck with that. It’s not working out so good for Obama either….now is it.

  • Chriscee

    @ Mark 2…..

Sure does help our portfolio….but fact still remains the same…

Feds pump money…85 billion + a month…of course Wall Street likes it.

You know..that Wall Street…that Obama proclaims to hate so much…UNTIL HE NEEDS MONEY…Then they are his bestest buddies.

Why don’t they include the PRICES of Gas and Groceries into the inflation numbers? DemoKKKrats are afraid to allow that to happen..because the truth would come out then. In the meantime…demoKKKrats keep lying to Americans.

Fox at it`s best time period(ie O`Reilly) don`t even average 1% of the American public, so to say it`s what the American people want is stretching it. It`s just a case Fox is the best news network at pandering to a small group of people over the other news channels

The loons are in the lake…… Idiot Alert…. Idiot Alert…..

    For Ratboy….

  • Doug Z

    Grasshopper , I mean usa

The Federal Reserve’s purchases have driven interest rates to near zero. This has stimulated the economy but not without cost. Savers, particularly older ones trying to live on income from their investments, are starved for safe options. They’ve been forced into stocks, which is one reason the market has been acting as if it’s on steroids. Further, with borrowing costs low, Congress and the White House have less incentive to rein in the national debt. Rock-bottom interest rates have also distorted markets.

  • Doug Z

    Grasshopper , I mean usa

The best indication that the Fed’s bond-buying purchases are pushing stocks up artificially is that investors run for cover whenever there is a hint that the Fed might change course, as happened recently. On Monday, billionaire superinvestor Berkshire Hathaway CEO Warren Buffett told CNBC that markets are on a “hair trigger” waiting for signs of change from the Fed. The market is “hooked on the drug” of easy money, Dallas Fed President Richard Fisher told Reuters.

  • Doug Z

    Grasshopper , I mean usa

Fisher’s comparison of Fed policies to a drug is apt. Markets might not like the idea of the drug being withdrawn now, when the Fed holds a portfolio of $3 trillion. But the withdrawal symptoms will be a lot worse once the portfolio grows to $4 trillion, or more

  • Doug Z

    Grasshopper , I mean usa and Mark2

That’s a good reason to start thinking about an endgame sooner rather than later. The longer the Fed’s easy-money policies go on, the greater the risk they will distort markets, create new bubbles and set the economy up for another fall.

  • Chriscee

Liberals cannot understand facts. CABLE TV NEWS….IS DOMINATED BY FOX NEWS…enough said.

  • Mark2

    @Chriscee

I’ll repeat it for the likes of you and Cathy.

-Fox News numbers have dropped by over 40% in the key demo.

-The gap has closed drastically in the past two years

-Cable News can’t compete with Broadcast News

-Cable News is like the minor leagues when it comes to viewership

-Cable News barely draws over 4 million unique viewers at their peak

-Broadcast News (NBC, ABC, CBS) draws over 24 million unique viewers

-America didn’t listen to the likes of O’Reilly, Hannity, Rush, etc…they failed miserably in getting a Republican into the Oval office.

-America elected Obama and NOT the conservative media’s candidate.

Ouch!!! That’s gonna leave a mark!

  • Mark2

    @Chriscee

Fox News being no.1 in Cable News is like being the smallest kid at Fat camp…lol.

Don’t you get it you knucklehead?! These days, Cable News on TV is irrelevant on a day to day basis. They’re only relevant when there’s breaking news or an election. Other than that, they’re like the red-headed step children when it comes to TV ratings.

    ENOUGH SAID!!! LOL

  • betty

Broadcast News draws over 24 million viewers?
Wull….in a country of 310 Million, that means that 276 Million viewers
ARE NOT WATCHING (ahem) “BROADCAST NEWS” !!!
OUCH! that gotta hurt! Help! somebody break out the bandages Yeowwwwwwwwwww

  • betty

    ‘Scuse…..that would be 284 Million, DON’T WATCH “Broadcast News”…..
Hey! that’s a lotta people! Yeowwwwwwwwch.
